About this property

Relax at Izatys on Lake Mille Lacs in Spacious 3 BR Villa

3 bedroom beach villa sleeps up to 8 people. Fully enclosed patio overlooks the lake that includes lawn chairs. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace with flat screen TV. The kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and mixer. Half bath and laundry complete the main floor. As always we use disinfecting cleaning products where possible. PLEASE SHARE WITH US INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GROUP AND WHAT BRINGS YOU TO MILLE LACS LAKE.

Private master bedroom & bath with deck, 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor with linens and towels that are washed in scent free detergent. Two parking spots outside the villa. Sorry no pets or smoking.

Bring your own charcoal to grill. Enjoy all the area has to offer, fully updated clubhouse/restaurant, pool, golf course and marina, tennis courts, pickleball court and playground.

Based on the amount of time we need to allow for cleaning between renters we will consider adjusting the check in and/or check out time on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee of $50 for early check in and $50 for late check out for a 2 hour adjustment.

We give all the codes and passwords the morning of the rental. There is a map of Izatys in the photo
gallery that shows where the beach villas are.

Great little getaway
Enjoyed our stay, property as advertised and very nice updates to the place. We’ve stayed in similar townhomes at the resort and this was our favorite so far. Communication with the owner was great.

Effortless communication with owners. The open floor plan made the place feel larger than other condos within the resort. Not too far of a walk to the pool. Fire-pit being directly outside was a big bonus!

Nice place with a great view. Comfortable accommodations with a patio and deck. Fun golf course, nice pool along with restaurants and ATV trails nearby. We had a great time!

Beautiful location
This was a great villa that worked very well for our family. It was very clean, had all the essential furnishings needed, and had a great view of Mille Lacs Lake. The enclosed patio was awesome and the shared firepits were a great place to enjoy the views! Ronald was a very responsive host when we had questions too! Highly recommend staying at this villa.

Summertime on the lake
We had a great time in this townhouse. The space accommodated our group well and was well appointed. The views of sunsets over the lake, mornings enjoying coffee lakeside, and campfires in the evening were highlights. We also enjoyed the golf course! While a bit dark and dated on the inside, it didn't stop us from having a great week on the lake while our son was at hockey camp nearby!

My family had a great time staying at this property! It had an awesome grassy area out back where my kiddo had the best time playing and the adults had fun playing backyard games with a view of the lake. The house was clean and perfect for a family gathering. It was great having access to a pool and to the marina. We had a great stay here!

Lots to do in and around the resort. We walked the lakefront, swam in the pool, made a fire, played games, rented a golf cart, went bowling and more! Family friendly and fun!

Overall we had a wonderful time. The owners made everything simple and easy. They had everything ready for us and were helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The cabin was great for our family. I would recommend renting this place, our family hopes to rent I again!

Great family trip
The condo was conveniently located right by the lake with lawn space to play games. Easy access to pool and hot tub. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts and the marina were all close by. Both adults and kids had a wonderful time.
