Great view

Mark is a responsive host, quick to answer texts and calls.The unit is in a great location with a view of the golf course.The grill was not usable which was a big disappointment. Mattress needs to be replaced along with pillows and towels. Some of the frying pans need to be gotten rid of-scratched Teflon.The location is great, very quiet, great exposure.

Enjoyable stay.

The unit had everything we needed for a home away from home. All the spices, towels galore, bikes to use and all the kitchen utensils and pots/pans needed. Unit was very clean and Mark got back to us right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Desert Falls stay

Mark was the perfect host for our month in Palm Desert. His condo had the perfect golf course view and had easy access to all the places we visited in the area. The condo was very comfortable and we had every thing we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Great desert getaway!

Loved our stay at Mark and Michelle's condo! Spacious, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped with eveything necessary. We enjoyed having the 2 bikes available for touring the beautiful grounds. Loved BBQing on the private deck overlooking the golf course and gorgeous mountain views. Mark was quick to respond to any issue that arose and it was dealt with immediately. Thanks for a great stay! Palm Desert in the winter is awesome!

Mark and Michelle, the owners of this condo on the golf course, are the perfect hosts. They provide a clean, well-stocked, well cared for unit. The patio of this upstairs condo affords beautiful views across the golf course to the mountains north of the Coachella Valley. Access to the fitness facility and tennis and pickleball courts is included with the rental. The community has 23 pools and spas for your use as well. We have stayed at Mark and Michelle's condo for several years and will continue to come back. It's a great place with great hosts.

Private Villa

We stayed in this condo for February and March of 2023. Although it is dated it certainly fit the bill for our snowbird obsession for golf. It was well equipped and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and as we already had a transponder from our previous stays on our car it was activated very quickly with no problems. Mark, the owner, was an amazing host. He called us the day we booked (a year in advance) to discuss the booking. There were several other calls from him in the time leading up to our arrival and all questions were answered quickly. He called us on arrival day to make sure everything was satisfactory and a couple of days later we received welcome gifts! These touches were lovely. Thanks for everything Mark and Michele! Great Palm Desert Location

The condo is very centrally located in Palm Desert and the view from the condo is wonderful. The views of the chocolate mountains and the golf course are hard to beat! We enjoyed out stay here.

Fabulous Stay in Palm Desert

My wife and I rented Mark's villa in Desert Falls CC in March. We were impressed with the villa as soon as we arrived. Upon our initial inspection of the property there were 2 minor problems that I emailed to Mark. Within 10 minutes he called me and they were resolved! The villa is exactly as advertised. It is well furnished, comfortable beds, fully appointed kitchen, a remodeled MB with a rain shower head and spacious shower!! The villa has a beautiful view of the mountains and the Desert Falls CC golf course. We ended many days with appetizers and drinks enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The Desert Falls CC is a wonderful community and we had access to the fitness center and took many walks in the community. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short because of the COVID-19 pandemic and we left on March 23rd. In a matter of days Mark had refunded the money for our unused days. Thanks Mark

Great, comfortable condo with beautiful view

This condo is an upstairs unit with a north facing balcony. The view from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom is awesome. The condo is very comfortable. Bedding and furniture is nice, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils. The condo rental includes use of the garage. Mark, the owner, is an awesome host. If anything stops working, Mark is very responsive and gets things fixed. I just can't say enough good things about this condo and owner. 5+ stars!

Love this place

Very comfortable condo with wonderful views of the golf course and mountains. The deck faces north, so you have afternoon shade which is perfect. The owners are the nicest people and very easy to deal with. This is our third time staying in this condo and we will continue to rent here. We also love the tennis program at Desert Falls and the other people who stay here. There are two bikes available in the condo garage so it is nice to cruise around on them. The location is close to everything.
