Living area is designed as an open concept space, successfully combining the lively living room with the cozy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day, and together with the natural wood finishes and tiled floors, create a feel of pure Caribbean atmosphere.

Cozumel Beach House Luxury Vacation Properties are located in the luxurious community of Costa del Sol. The homes are in the quiet, southern hotel zone of Cozumel just south of Chankanaab National Park and only a 15-minute drive to downtown San Miguel Cozumel.
The location is ideal if you want to do some grocery shopping, eat dinner, or go on an adventure.
Jasianna Jaxen Beach Villa - Cozumel Beach House Luxury Properties is a short 15-minute drive to downtown shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Outside the community, the popular Corpus Cristi residential area is less than 500 yards from the oceanfront street.
As you reach the oceanfront street there is a major grocery store (Chedraui) and cinema equipped with 6 screens. Turn left (south) and a 5-minute walk away is Dolphinaris, which has a “Swim with Dolphins” activity program.
Continue south along the ocean and you’ll pass 2 dive shops. Take a 15-minute walk from the villa to visit the public beach of Playa Caletitas.
From Villa Topaz, if you walk north along the oceanfront street you will pass the new Quintana Roo park, another major grocery store, the Punta Langosta shopping plaza, plus a number of restaurants and shops.
Within 15 minutes you will be at the downtown Restaurants such as Casa del Habano, Hemingway’s Lounge Restaurant & Bar, Guidos, New Species, as well as others.
