Clean and bright, this is not your typical rental property. The home is maintained in flawless condition and reflects our pride of ownership and our love for Ocean City. It was built in June 2006 with many updates and enhancements since then. The home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms in a beautiful spacious 2,700 sq ft Condo encompassing 2nd & 3rd floors in the North End of Ocean City near the lovely Garden section. Address- 808 E. 4th street 2nd and 3rd floors.

The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining area and island kitchen. Two second floor bedrooms have queen sized beds (one of which has its own bathroom) and two other second floor bedrooms have two twin beds (one of which has its own bathroom). A third bathroom is also on the second floor.
There are spacious front (covered) and rear decks on the second floor. Start your mornings on the spacious front deck with a cup of coffee and some Browns or Oves donuts. The laundry room sits just off kitchen.

The third floor features a Master suite with full bath, jacuzzi tub, king size bed, sitting area with two twin sleeper sofas and TV, and a private covered front porch with ocean view. The Master suite also opens up to a rear sun deck which is great for late night dinners as you watch the sunset or light show from the ferris wheel.

There are ceiling fans and TV'S in all bedrooms. The living room has HDTV/blu-ray/DVD player.

The property also affords off street parking for 3 cars; private garage for one vehicle and 2 more side by side in the pavered driveway. There is also a beautiful custom tiled private shower adjacent to the garage, an outdoor rinse off shower head and private off-street entry. There are plenty of sand toys and a beach cart (Wonder Wheeler) for your use. There is also a secondary refrigerator in the garage for conveniently storing your beach bound drinks and food.

Wonderful time with family at beach, boardwalk and spacious home

This property was ideal for our family. Place to hang out with family and a place for quiet time. The family loved the short walk to beach and boardwalk anytime their schedule suited. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space to cook, serve and eat together.

Expansive, lovely beachy themed place.

Beautiful spaces, clean, plenty of sleeping space, lovely balconies with comfortable, beautiful furniture. Great kitchen, ample supplies. Great to have washer and dryer. Didn't like the many steps. We have a concern for our special needs grandchild. They did have 2 gates which worked perfectly. Nice to have whole garage to store beach stuff and 2 off street parking spots.

Convenient property

This property is spacious with appropriate amenities. The front deck had great shade and was greatly utilized. The location is quiet, close to the boardwalk, and only a short walk to the downtown area on Asbury Ave.

Beautiful home and well stocked with supplies

We stayed in this home for our family reunion. The house was even more beautiful than pictured online. So many balconies! Easy-access combination to enter the house made it convenient for everyone, instead of having to deal with keys. It's a quiet neighborhood, with a great café and ATM machine just a few steps from the house. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone in our family commented about how beautiful and clean the house was. We are so glad we found this place. It was well worth the rental expense.

Family get away

The carpets and sofa were very dirty. The cabinets were in disarray with the contents unclean. The utility room was filthy. The appliance fronts were stained. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property considering the price for the week. Great location. Cut back the tree by the door.

Lovely Family Reunion Week in OCNJ

We loved the location of this property, being close to the beach, boardwalk, amusements, etc. The house has everything you could need - well stocked kitchen, laundry, 4 beautiful bathrooms, lovely decks on all levels. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding/ family vacation

Vacation rental was a wonderful "home away from home" base with plenty of room for family to stay together while attending our youngest daughter's wedding. More than enough room for 3 generations! Also accommodated visits from our NJ family that we have not seen in some time + hair and makeup professional to help in the festivities. We loved, loved, loved our time spent in my favorite city in the USA, Ocean City, NJ! Our youngest grandson, 3 asked his Mommy yesterday morning if they could go to the boardwalk....many memories were made in our 10 day visit. Thanks John!

Great house excellent location nice beachy decor

The house had everything we needed. We didn't mind bringing our own linens (we were driving so it was no hardship to bring them). One and half blocks to the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk was so convenient. Appreciated the beach cart. The downstairs shower was exceptionally nice for showering after the beach. Loved all the decks and the upstairs suite is really indulgent. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Overall this is a great beach house.

Just a few blocks off of the beach and board walk. Very good location for us as we have family in Ventnor and Sea Isle. Very comfortable beds and the 4 baths was a plus.

Best rental house

We rented this house to celebrate graduation and the house was fabulously equipped and allowed us to entertain family and friends with excellent hospitality. We have rented in OC for 16 years and this was by far the nicest rental we have used. Glad we picked this one!

Lovely Home and Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped home. The kitchen, dining and living room area was larger than anticipated and very easy for our group to gather. Having two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was appreciated. The porches were lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside each evening. Laundry location was ideal, as it did not disturb anyone even if used during the evening. Kitchen was well equipped. Having the garage was super convenient, along with the refrigerator inside the garage...we really appreciated the layout of this home. Upper bedroom has a large master bedroom, private porch, and master suite bathroom. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Lots of room for all of us.

It was a spacious home, very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. The cleaning service arrived at the home at 1230 pm and were done within an hour. That is a big house ( 5 beds/4 baths) to clean in one hour! There were crumbs/food residue from previous tenants on the table. That is my only complaint. I enjoyed my stay there and would rent again.
