OUR BEACHES ARE OPEN MAY 1 WE DO NOT ANTICIPATE ANY ISSUES
RENTAL PERIOD IS FROM SAT-SAT ON WEEKLY BASIS
Destination Perfect! A short 2.5 block walk to a public beach with a board walk overlook, a bath house, public parking, lifeguards and Pompano Joe's restaurant with patio bar overlooking the beach. There is a walk/bike path that is 3 to 4 miles long that goes from one end of the beach to the other ( at one end is Silver Sands Outlet Mall and at the other is Destin Commons. There are other restaurants along the path, Whale's Tail, Surf Hut, The Crab Trap and there is even a bowling alley with pool tables! Lots of activity for the whole family. The home features a great "L" shaped front veranda, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There are several outdoor entertainment areas lending some privacy- each with a grill, tables & seating with piped in music. There is a huge vaulted Greatroom (15' x 18') with a 51" flat screen TV, adjoined is a fully equipped kitchen with a 6 seater eating bar that views the Greatroom and a formal dining room ( seats 6). There is a WIFI connection, a 15' x 30' private pool (3' at one end and 5' at the other) We supply Rio beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach toys for the children. There are even a few bikes for your use. There are 3 bedrooms. The Master and 2d alternate bedroom have a sitting area for private TV watching. Each bedroom has a TV ( Master has a 39" flat screen) The 3d bedroom has 2 double bunk beds that will accommodate sleeping for 6.
