House is great & close to square. Just be advised that owner has cat & if you have someone with cat allergies, that might be something to consider.

Great Game Weekend

Perfect location for 6 adults. Rented house and carriage house, so 3 b/b! Owners were extremely helpful. Able to easily walk to square and even walked back after game!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Our family group ranged in age from 21 to 84 and we all felt right at home. The location is perfect - close enough to The Square to enjoy the proximity, but far enough away to not have to deal with loud partiers or congestion. We were disappointed that we didn’t have enough time in our visit to take advantage of the fireplace porch so next time we will have to add a day so we can enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace!

Great indoor /outdoor space!

Perfect for our small family graduation gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch area and access to the additional guest house. We could walk to the Square but escape back to our own space with plenty of room to socialize, cook meals and enjoy beverages. Shout-out on the comfort and upgrades in the master bed/bath and, of course, the ultimate espresso machine. Walt and his family took great care of us!

Perfect Place for Graduation

We loved staying at Walt's house for graduation 2019. It was the perfect amount of space for us, comfortable and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The weather was rainy and cool so we took advantage of the porch ALL morning and night. We had family over to eat and had plenty of space and enjoyed the cool air on the porch! Would definitely stay again for a football game or graduation. Walt was very accommodating making sure we had everything we needed.

Great location to the Square

The house is in a great location. We could walk easily to the Square. The house is nicely decorated and there was plenty of space to gather and visit. The screened-in porch was especially nice and we could sit and talk and enjoy the night air. Walt was very easy to work with and we are thankful that we had a great graduation weekend. Verynice home and guest house in a very convenient location.

Beautiful home close to everything yet peaceful and quite. Everything was very clean and functional. Nice open floor plan in the main house with a great screened in porch with fireplace that I only wish it was cool enough to use! I would use this property again if it was available when I was going to Oxford.
