About this property

Our 2 bedroom – 2 bath condo is just across the street from two of Maui’s best south shore beaches (Charley Young and Kamaole 1). Charley Young beach has awesome volcanic rock formations, and there are restrooms and lifeguards stationed just down the beach at Kamaole 1.

The surf is mostly gentle and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, whale watching (in season) and marveling at the spectacular sunsets.

Relax in a lounge chair and take a refreshing dip in our heated fresh-water swimming pool; then unwind in the Jacuzzi. Throw a steak or some burgers on the barbecue and enjoy lunch or dinner poolside. It doesn’t get better than this!

OUR CONDO COULDN'T BE MORE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED…..It’s directly in the middle of South Kihei at Pacific Shores, a well-maintained condo complex, with loads of restaurants and shops for all budgets within easy walking distance. Golf, tennis, and upscale dining & shopping are a ten-minute drive away in Wailea.

Our condo is located in building A and is an end unit with stairs or elevator access.

Tastefully decorated with a Queen bed in both bedrooms and pull out couch in living room.
Smart TV in living room with Netflix access and flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. Free wifi and long distance to US, Canada, Hong Kong and China.

Window air conditioner in living room with a total of 4 ceiling fans and 2 stand up fans.

The Master Bedroom has a full ensuite with a walk in tiled shower.

The Main Bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Our condo is perfect for 1-2 couples, or a family up to 6 people. Our complex is a delightful mix of Maui residents and tourists from all over the world that you’ll have an opportunity to get to know at sunset at the beach and at the pool and Jacuzzi.

Our condo 'House Rules require “quiet time” from 10pm – 8am. The pool is closed during this time and most of us settle down to a movie at home or retire early. This is not the place for regular late night parties.

SO COME STAY WITH US! We’ll supply the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie board. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen – and have a fantastic vacation!

Great accommodations

Very clean and comfortable unit and so close to the beach. We really appreciated having beach towels, chairs, boards, snorkel gear and a cooler available for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and having two full bathrooms was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We came with family and friends to renew our vows. The location of this condo was perfect. It took us about 5 min to get to the beach and 6 min to a lovely shopping area with bakeries, home made ice cream/gelato stores, and other stores. The condo was a good size for 6 people. Many extras came with it such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen is a bit small for how many the house holds, and hard to maneuver, with very little counter space, but other than that, it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We are so thankful to have found this place.

Great stay

We had a great time, enjoyed how much was within walking distance. Also, not too far from the airport, great central location. Really appreciated the beach items available for us to use. The AC was only available in the main living area, but with the fans provided we were able to circulate the air into the rooms.

Great Location

This was our first time staying in Kihei and this place was in a great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to great food options as well. The place is clean and has just about everything you may need. Owner was responsive to questions as well. Great stay!!

Comfortable, clean and welcoming!

My family of 5 loved our stay here. It had a very welcoming feeling right when we walked in. There were so many little things already provided that we didn't need to go shopping right away (except for food). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked! They thought of all the little details that most places don't bother equipping you with. The location is on point! We were able to walk to many places, like the beach and the shops. We felt very at home and the host was great!!

It has everything

This condo has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount supplies. We made several meals in it. The beds were comfortable and the living room large enough for our family of five to hang out and play games. We also loved the location of the unit! Although it’s definitely within walking distance to the beach we usually drove. Kihei was a great place to stay with lots of fun food options and beaches and activities.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Craig & Tammy’s condo! The location was perfect! So close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops! We spent every day at the beach and had everything we needed from beach chairs to boogie boards. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking some meals at home. Thank you Craig & Tammy! Great location in South Kihei

We had a great stay! Well stocked condo, comfortable furnishings, close to many restaurants, shopping, beaches. Owners were very communicative and accommodating. Make sure to checkout Maui Happy Hours app while you are there, great summary of all the local happy hour specials (and we ended up meeting the folks that run the group one evening at What Ales You)! Definitely checkout Three's, Lava Rock, Paia Fish Market, Kihei Cafe and you must visit Maui Brewing Company's beautiful restaurant on Lipoa!

Great condo!

Condo was a perfect size for our family! Kitchen had essentials to cook. Plenty of beach toys and accessories to use (towels, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas etc). Convenient location on second floor and parkinf soace was close as well. Easy to walk and access beaches from the property. Everything is as in working order and owners were great to work with!

Perfect For Our Stay!

This property worked perfect for our stay. We were a group of two couples. Each couple had their own bathroom. The unit was well equipped. We especially liked the beach chairs and boogie boards that were there for us to use on the beautiful Charley Young Beach. Don't plan to use the deck. While there is a table and chairs, there isn't enough room for it to be usable; especially when the air conditioner is running and making half of it wet. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, a little longer to the grocery store, and just a few blocks to an ABC store. There were usually a couple of food trucks on Alanui Ke'ali'i. The food at both was very good.

Maui stay

It was perfect for us, a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a pull out couch. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. As eating out each meal gets expensive, it was wonderful to have the kitchen to be able to cook breakfasts, keep a stock of snacks and make some lunches and dinners too. Having the washer and dryer, we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. Well stocked with nice towels as well as beach towels, chairs, sand toys, noodles, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Some board games too, which the kids actually enjoyed. It’s a good central location in Kihei, it was a good location for home base as we set out on daily excursions. Right across the street, walking distance to Charley Young beach. Walking distance to Kihei Caffe. I highly recommend staying here, I would stay again.

Pacific Shores vacation

Thanks to Craig and Tammy for renting their condo to us for two weeks in February. Everything set out in the VRBO description of the location was exactly as described and the condition of the condo on entry was great. We had no problems with check-in and we always received prompt responses and assistance when we had any questions iin advance and during our vacation. The condo is perfectly placed facing inside a walkway near an adjacent building, away from the highway and some construction on the other side of the building. It was very quiet during the day and night. For us a significant advantage was its close vicinity to the beach which was in our estimation the best family beach on the Island. With its two comfortable bedrooms and bath facilities in both rooms, this is a great condo for families who are planning their stay in Maui and more specifically Kihei.

GREAT location

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was so spacious for the 4 of us.. Walking distance across the street to the beach was so close and oh my gosh the speech is now my favorite on the island and I have been to many over the years. The sand is like walking on cotton or something it is perfect sand and the views are stunning with views of the West side of maui along with 2 different islands, Close to rocks but not too close where they are in the way for playing in the water, And lots of beautiful Palm trees nearby just make a stunning setting. The owners did a tremendous job of making sure we had what we needed here and we were grateful for that and had so much fun playing on the boogie boards and even using some of their snorkeling gear. The sand toys were a special touch For my youngest... And even as older ones if I have to admit :) We used the cooler every day. It was amazing being able to use the washer and dryer after getting everything wet after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and save a little bit of money. I wish we didn't have to leave.
