Great location, close to Jensen beach and down town Jensen, also good location for biking and running, Safe, Owners very gracious Thank you Anne & John
Clean, spacious, well equipped. Great location for beach, parks, restaurants and grocery shopping. Nice to have a washer/dryer. A dishwasher would be a nice addition. Lots of closet space. Nice views of the intercoastal waterway and causeway to Hutchinson Island/beach. The really big negative for us was the noise. Heavy traffic on the street, right in front of the cottage. The motorcycle traffic was the loudest. Trains tooting whistles ran on tracks behind the property during the day and night. There was no escape from the noise, front or back.
This bungalow is larger than it appears from the outside. The kitchen has a full set of cook wear and utensils. You have a beautiful view of the Indian River/Intercontinental Waterway. The Jensen Beach causeway has many covered picnic tables and you can see the lights at night from the bungalow. You are close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. I wish we could have stayed longer.
We have stayed at this property several times while in the area and we love it and would definitely stay again. Close to everything including stores, restaurants and the BEACHES. We love the area so quaint and quiet. Cottage has everything you need to feel just like your at home.
A Wonderful Place to Stay!! My nephew and I enjoyed staying at the cottage because of its location to everything, including his auctioneering school. The cottage is located in a really laidback area of Jensen Beach; super easy to get to great restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, waterfront parks, fishing piers, historical sites, and even hermit crab racing at Conchy Joe's on Wednesdays! The cottage itself is very roomy and comfortable for long stays. The sunroom was our favorite with the view of the river during the day and the bridge lit up at night. You can also fish or launch your kayak from the little beach area across the road. The cottage is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a great vacation (or business). I highly recommend!!
Note: If you drive a large truck or van, use the back driveway until you assess the leaning palm tree across the front driveway; tight squeeze for bigger vehicles, but definitely not a dealbreaker. Again, wonderful place!
Well this cottage looks small in the listing it is quite spacious. My favorite part was the kitchen. Lots of dishes and counter space. Anything you think you might need is right there. There’s a few restaurants/bars in walking distance. And the main beach is a five minute drive. It’s quaint, relaxing and a great space to get away.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and had everything we could have needed to feel like home. The views were amazing and we we were close to everything we wanted to do. Our host kept in touch with us. Will definitely stay there again! The only down side for us was the beds were a little too firm.
Loved this property, would definitely stay again. This was actually my second stay at this particular property and its so conveniently located to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Home had everything we needed to cook and there is a Publix supermarket close by. The restaurant down the street Conchy Joe's has excellent food and a live reggae style band on the weekends, just a lovely vibe, and only took us 4 minutes to drive back to the cottage. Loved it and will definitely stay again for future visits!!!
Had a wonderful vacation between Christmas and New Years! Cottage was perfect form our family! Anne was easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again

Jensen Beach Accomodation
The property needs a little tlc but otherwise it is a nice place to stay. It is close to the centre of local activities
This unique little cottage was affordable & comfortable to stay in,
My only concern for this property is the three cockroaches I saw in the kitchen area, also the coconut tree at the front entrance that’s leaning towards the house makes it a challenge driving in and out with a SUV or Mini Van also the water pressure is very weak when the washing machine & the kitchen sink is being run at the same time, Other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay for the price

Old Florida
Small beach across the road on the Intercoastal, Home has well equipped kitchen, W&D, and carport. Located about a mile & half to closest ocean beach. 3 good restaurants half mile away and short distance more to grocery store and other shops. Nicely decorated, good ac and heat (needed both). Bed in back room comfortable- did not sleep in the other so can't review. Road is busy but traffic noise did not bother me and died off around bed time. At times I would exit out the back along an unpaved road so I didn't have to make sharp turn into or out of carport. Very short drive to Hawks Bluff - very nice hiking trail.

Awesome!
The only possible flaw, was the traffic. Everything with the home was great, I have not one negative comment.

Like being at home!
My Wife and I just finished 15 days at this very nice and spotless home. Everything We needed was there and I cant tell You how nice it was to be able to wash Our clothes at the property instead of a Laundromat. Every type of kitchen utensil You can imagine is there. We would have given it six stars if We could. The owner was very nice and went out of Her way to work Her way around Our arrival time. We have been staying at motels in Stuart where Our Son lives and after a TERRIBLE stay last year We decided to find a rental. We had absolutely no idea what We were getting into but there was nothing to it and it was heaven compared to the motels We have stayed at for years. The beds here were fantastic! Very very comfortable. Plenty of room to store Our things and Our 6 year old Grandaughter stayed a weekend with Us and had a great time putting up the Christmas tree and some ornaments that were at the house. I personally liked the photos that were on the wall. A lot of history in them. I highly recommend this property. We will probably be back next year and this will be where We will stay. Thanks Anne!!

Perfect
Cozy little cottage. Tiny, tiny beach on the river bank right in front of the house, the 'real' beach is about a 10 minute drive. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and down town. The cottage is spacious and clean, -washing machine, dryer, refrigerators and a full kitchen. Sitting area in the carport or in front of the house ( don't forget mosquito repellent!) Definitely coming back. Flexible and nice owners.
