This comfy, well-maintained home features 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with ample closet space. Spacious Arizona room has all new tile with full mountain views. DURING THE HIGH SEASON JAN, FEB & MAR, WE WILL ACCEPT WHOLE MONTH BOOKING REQUESTS ONLY. Also, enjoy the sunshine and views of the Santa Rita Mountains from the backyard patio. Home has a carport and a large walled-in backyard with grill. Home is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, 32" HDTV, Wi-Fi, high speed internet and laundry room with washer/dryer. Green Valley has 7 golf courses, 18 tennis courts, and 13 Rec centers - most with heated swimming pools. This home comes with GVR recreation privileges which can be assigned to tenant for a minimal fee. The Performing Arts Center is just 5 min. away. Close by is the Continental Shopping Center with restaurants, shops & a grocery.

The house/castia was very nice. Location was great close to everything we needed. Very clean and had everything we could ever want. Tv package was great, lots of choices of programs and channel apps. We really loved it! Would come back to this place.

Recreation at a new level

We enjoyed our month-long stay in Green Valley. The house met our needs and the hosts were great to work with. It would be improved if the property had some shade on the back patio. No trees, or umbrellas to escape the afternoon heat as the back yard faces West.

Fun in the sun

A nice property in a wonderful neighborhood. We completely enjoyed the home including the patios and Arizona room. Walking in the neighborhood trails were a plus.

Now I know why Forbes said Green Valley was in the top ten of retirement destinations

I can see why people gravitate to Green Valley, especially if they are golfers. Expect great views and nice breezes. I rented this at the very last minute to get out of Phoenix during Covid_19 and couldn't be happier. The homes are on nice sized lots! I immediately moved my 'work life' into the Arizona room with the remote A.C. control and I was in heaven. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate me with my last minute decision... Very grateful to have such a comfy, homey spot to unwind!

Great little house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and area. Very close to shopping, restaurants and pools. We took advantage of the GVR. Loved it! Nice views and very quiet neighborhood. We loved walking our dogs down all the walking trails. I would suggest a new mattress in master, it’s super soft. We loved the Arizona room! Since it was pretty warm when we were visiting, we couldn’t use much since in A/C in sunroom was broken. Eben and Janet were very attentive to the issue and came right out to check A/C issue.

Very nice

Roomy, has everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and bake our meals. Comfortable beds, plenty of closet space, safety bars in the shower and clean, clean,clean. Great mountain view. I highly recommend this house for your Green Valley stay.

Green Valley Stay

This house is great and has an amazing view of the mountains. Close to everything from eating out to grocery shopping and Madera Canyon and Elephant Head views. Comfortable and relaxing!

Great rental in Green Valley

We’d rent again just for the Arizona room

We loved the location of this home in a quiet neighbourhood with speedy access to Madera Canyon and also to the highway either north or south. The house was comfortable with well chosen southwestern decor. The Arizona room with all the light, courtyard views, and limited but beautiful mountain view was a very pleasant area to be in. An initial internet problem was speedily dealt with by the owners. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Amazing location and cozy house!!

Wonderful house in an amazing neighborhood. The house has an amazing sunroom and the backyard is beautiful. The community is very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Eben and Janet were wonderful and answered all of my question very quickly.

It does rain in Arizona

The Sun Porch saved our visit with my elderly Father. We flew out from Illinois to visit and were surprised the usual October sunny skies included two days of almost steady rain. Unusual but you never know. Watching the rain from the comfortable Sun Porch worked out great. House well equipped and comfortable. Owner rapid reply. Would stay again and recommend. Jim and Karen. We discovered Green Valley 10 years ago and just loved the beauty & tranquility of the Sonoran Desert. It's so different from the bluegrass of our central Ky. home. Both of us play tennis which we can do here outdoors in the winter!

We wanted a stand alone home with elbow room that is close to everything and has a nice big back yard and views of the Santa Rita Mountains. This is it!
