Great place to stay.

Family vacation

We love staying at this resort and we had a great first experience at this condo. It was clean and appeared as it was listed. The host was very nice and checked in to be sure everything was good for our stay. Our family of four with a 6 year old and 18 month old had plenty of space. We would stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH GETAWAY

If you're looking for a nice place to stay while spending your days at the beach then this is your place! There are no frills really, just a straightforward beachfront condo that has plenty of room to move around. Everything was ass pictured, so no complaints there. It's a little pricey for what it is, but it was probably the beginning of peak season so I get it. Weather was beautiful, but they can be a little strict about red flags on the beach. And the jury is still out about Panama City Beach as a whole. It's very touristy, but we went to the zoo and rode the Sky Wheel and ate out at the local restaurants, some better than others. And we also took advantage of the bar in the Sky Lounge or whatever it's called, the bridge that goes from the parking garage to the condo. They had karaoke and music trivia which we participated in and enjoyed ourselves. Overall it was a nice experience!

Affordable

Unfortunately, we weren’t thrilled about the condo. Things that were knowing broken prior to our arrival were still broken. I expect everything to be in working order. The screen door to the patio was one particular item. Notes all over the door stating do not use. Probably didn’t know about the microwave surface light, but it didn’t work also and that is the only low light fixture in the condo to use for a night light. Everything else is bright and in your face. The condo is extremely dated. We brought our own patio chairs, because I could tell from the pictures the ones there would not be comfortable. There is mold on the shower curtain and bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The box spring corners were not clean and had some sort of funk on them. Unfortunately, you can tell this condo is not being vested into. We literally felt like we were in a Motel 6 with an ocean view. It could be an amazing condo, it’s on the 18th floor, which has an amazing view of the ocean and beach. I believe the price, which is good, reflects the level of condo you can expect. We didn’t communicate with Cathy much, which we didn’t attempt to, but she did check on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

Great spring break location

Nice condo, all the basics. Beautiful view. Walkable to many restaurants and entertainment. Only damper: I left my car in loading zone for exactly 7 min to take my luggage cart up to the condo (as directions from owner described to do prior to entering parking garage upon arrival). I was not blocking the driveway in any way. When I came back down security had stuck a sticker on my driver window that I shouldn’t leave my car unattended or it would be towed. I wouldn’t have cared but I followed the owners guidelines and the posted loading signs…and the sticker had to be scrubbed off my car window (not easily removed) and impeded my line of site driving the rest of my trip. My advise would be to park in the garage and just take a luggage cart from level three across the sky bridge to avoid any possible issues. Also: be sure to print your parking pass! I almost missed it in the long instructions from the owner.

Anniversary

This property has the best oceanside veiw. It is the 2nd year we have stayed here. Cathy is very easy to work with. We had a few questions after getting there and she was very prompt with her an answer. There are restaurants close by and a convenient store right across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

First and foremost the owner, Cathy was great responding back to our questions. She checked on us several times. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Several restaurants within walking distance. The ocean view on the 18 floor was spectacular. We will definitely come back.

Great view! The condo was clean and as pictured. Close to everything-walking distance to many restaurants and a few shops. It is a bit of a maze getting to and from the parking deck, which can be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Our honeymoon

As we first arrived To the Condo there was a bar with champagne With a handwritten note. That was something I never expected. Slept on the pull out couch for the first couple Night just to hear the ocean and fill the breeze. Everything was convenient period the place was clean and awesome, and the host was there for anything that we needed? Definitely going back for a 1 year anniversary.

First off the couch looks nasty like its never been cleaned, the curtains on the sliding doors had mold on the bottoms of them. The door frame on the sliding doors looked like they were never cleaned they were black and moldy. The air vent had a half inch of dust on it. Last but not least the wash rags had stains on them. So,we drove 500 miles for disappointment! Needless to say we were extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend this place to anyone. Would actually discourage anyone from staying here.

Delightful stay right on the beach

Owner was very helpful and friendly with very clear, easy to follow instructions, affordable price point for the condo. Super easy check-in and parking via attached garage with air conditioned walkway where you can buy snacks or drinks, or sit in a comfortable lounge. Elevators lightning fast! Great facilities, across street from coffee, restaurants, close to shopping and entertainment, family friendly.
