Del Mar Beach Club Ocean Front complex

The condo is well maintained and comfortable with a cape cod interior. Photos available upon request. Two bedroom with one king and two queen size bed, sleeps 5 person max, no pets full appointed and well maintained. Pools, tennis court, fitness room, barbeques, beach, sauna and Jacuzzi all on site. My home looks onto the greenbelt and the main pool. from the upstairs bedroom there is a peak of the ocean but full view available at the community lounge and steps from the beach.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE MONEY WE PAID.
Property Manager and Owner not on the same page, a real problem to the renter. Not cleaned to my expectations however I was refunded the cleaning deposit. Property next to the gate and there was ongoing construction the ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE..NOISE ALL THE TIME. Monday thru Friday.. I've rented thru VRBO 10 times in the last 3 years this was by far the worst property i've ever stayed in ..No basic items at all I bought cleaning supplies, barbecue tools, nice new barbecue no tongs,, nothing for the barbecue..we were there for 5 weeks.. Check in process was not sloppy at best the so called property manager gave us the keys and left ..no here were this is .. how this is operated. no list of items or anything to assist us with ANYTHING ..no information booklet .. hey your on your own thanks

Great week at the beach
We absolutely loved the house! It was a short walk to the beach/pier/train stop as well as the main road. Don't miss the farmer's market on Sunday! The neighborhood was quiet - a great location for our family vacation.

Del Mar Beach Club
Our family had a wonderful time. Rochelle's home was very clean and comfortable.The bedrooms are very spacious with their own bathroom.The complex has three pools and an awesome view from the clubhouse. The location was great just a few steps to the ocean. Also,a short drive to the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and downtown San Diego.
