Looking for Spring Break 2025!!!

The Home is located off of Middle Beach Road in Palm Cove Sub Division across from Edgewater Resorts, right in the 'heart' of all the PCB action. This Newer Home is ideal for single or multiple family vacations. It sits in beautiful Palm Cove where you can enjoy the pool cabana with one cloverleaf pool heated pool. Sand volleyball is now completed and shuffleboard is near completion.
Just couple of blocks from the beautiful emerald blue waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico makes this an ideal place to center your vacation.
The House is only minutes from fantastic shopping, restaurants,
entertainment, golf, inshore and offshore fishing, snorkeling, Jet
skiing, deep sea diving, para sailing, and all of the other special
events associated with a real Vacation.
The Home is now ready for nightly (3 night min) weekly, and monthly rental. $300.00 Deposit will hold your reservation.($500.00 for Monthly rentals over 1 month)(deposit returned after inspection for damage within 7 days of departure) If you have 'Small pets' there will be a $150.00 per pet fee (max 2 pets) added to your Reservation.
PLEASE No SMOKING!!! If You Smoke in the House You will loose your deposit.
I would recommend you start making reservations early as there will be
a real shortage of affordable vacation rentals in the Panama City
Beach area this season.
The Home will comfortably sleep up to 7 adults\kids. House has all the conveniences of your home, Full Kitchen including Upgraded cabinets, eating utensils
and dishes, cookware, washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and wash cloths, iron and ironing board, TV's with DVD players.

Beach Getaway

My family and I had wonderful stay. The home is located in the heart of Panama City so there's lots to do. Even though the neighborhood is rather large and close, it's very quiet. Mr. King was very helpful. He called to make sure check in and check out went smoothly, and made sure everything was going okay. We would definitely stay again.

Frustrating

The house was not ready when we arrived with the cleaning lady still there. We had to leave and then when we returned to an empty house it was not cleaned with dirty towels in the shower and beds without clean sheets. The manager came and cleaned it that night, but we had to stay outside the house until late to wait for it to be cleaned. The owner was apologetic and tried to make it up to us, but it was still frustrating. We had to wait until the next day for wash clothes and trash bags. The house was fine, except the pillows were flat and not very comfortable.

Nice home! Well maintained and very convenient to the beach! The owner is very responsive and communicates well. Just beware of the grouchy guy who maintains the community pool!! He is ONE miserable old man!!

Great place to stay!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for Bike Week and this place was perfect. Great quiet neighborhood and plenty of space in the home. We even were allowed use of the garage which was great for our motorcycle. Mr. King was very nice and we appreciated the ease of check in and he even called to check on us during our stay to make sure all was well. We will definitely stay here again.

Good budget property

This property was a good size for my family and good location to beach and shopping. If you want to sit outside, this is not the location for you. The back deck is falling in and overlooks a swampy area unsafe for kids or pets. We had everything we needed. But you must bring your own toilet paper , paper towels, garbage bags etc. Could use pillows as there were only a few and the were extremely old. Owner was very available and nice. If it were my property, I would update inside and clean the out side of the house and rebuild back deck. All in all not bad for the money.

Nice house that was close to everything. Owner was super responsive when we had an issue with our entry code. Neighborhood was quiet. Carpets could be steam cleaned. Will stay again.

Great experience. The house is located close to everything, yet you have privacy you wouldn't get in a hotel or condo. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Panama City Beach.

Great stay for a family of 5

The house was perfect for our family. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach and a short drive to all the main attractions around Panama City Beach. Our family loved everything the area had to offer and didn't want to leave. Cannot say enough nice things about the owner. He was extremely responsive to any concerns and took amazing care of our family. I don't write reviews too often, but Mr. King absolutely deserves this rave review.
