Gem on the ground floor.

We loved our stay here. We were worried about it being on the ground floor but the kids loved going outside and running in the grass after dinner every night. It was very private and was convenient for loading and unloading— being on the ground floor. The kids could run to the pool and back and it had easy access to the beach. Updated decor made for a welcoming atmosphere. There were books for me and the kids. Washer and dryer are a must for our big family and this unit has a nice new one. It had everything we needed. We will be booking this unit again next year.

Beach House

Definitely enjoyed the location of this property. Very quiet but still close to everything. We did like how spacious the unit was. There still needs to be some updating. The master bathroom toilet needs a new ring so it doesn’t wobble every time you touch it. The two bedrooms needs to have some type of flooring other than carpet. I think that would have helped with the moldy smell in the unit. I also think the unit needs a really good deep clean. It wasn’t filthy but definitely not very clean. Was happy the unit was ready when we arrived.

Pros: Ground Floor with easy access to all common areas There is a clubhouse with books, puzzles, Cornhole and kitchen area with tables. Beds were VERY comfortable Unit looked and felt clean Laundry in unit - helpful to wash/dry towels Decent amount of start up materialsCons: Only one accessible Electrical Outlet in Spare Bedroom and this had the overhead light/fan plugged into it so there was only one plug. Both bathrooms exhaust fans did not work Walls are very thin Both bedrooms face an interior hallway with a light - with no blackout curtainWe typically vacation on the gulf side however we have stayed in this area previously. I did like that it was not as congested since we were not too close to Cocoa Beach. I would stay here again.

Excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family. We absolutely love the location and the kind neighbors. We do have a couple of things that we would recommend to make the experience a 5 instead of a 4 rating. The sink faucets are clogged with lime so the water cones out very slowly. The hot tub was actually more of a luke warm tub, not hot at allThere is a cover over the mattress on the couch in the big bedroom that looks like it has blood stains on it. We pulled the couch out but immediately put it back after we saw it. Thank you very much for allowing us to use the property. It was a nice reprieve from the cold weather and day to day life. Happy New Year!

Great place for a family Vacation!

The house was the perfect spot for our family trip to Florida. The beach items were an added bonus! The place was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a condo in the Cocoa Beach area.

Peaceful environment

We were so impressed by the nice accommodations at this condo! We were attending a grandparent’s memorial so it was uplifting to be able to walk just a few steps to enjoy a peaceful walk on the beach! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Would love to stay here again!!

Nice condo-great for families with young kids

The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom is huge! While we missed being able to see the ocean from the room, the patio was a nice feature for convenience.

So nice! Delightful beach condo!

As charming as it looks in the pics, this condo was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed, was very clean and had very comfy beds. While the first floor unit lacks a great view of the ocean, you more than make up for that in the super quick and easy access to the beach and pool. Highly recommend.

Quick weekend getaway

Everything was exactly as presented. Needed a last minute getaway for my wife and myself without breaking the bank and found this unit. Perfect for our needs and as it was on the beach we were sold. Looking forward to booking a post thanksgiving visit at this point as we are only an hour away. Thanks to the owners for a great visit.

Winter vacay

Super easy check in. Room us as pictured. No beach view, but having the grassy area for our 2 year old to run around and play on was worth giving up the view. Hot tub was great and the pool was warm enough to swim in. We really have zero complaints! It was perfect

Fun even during Tropical Storms

Loved our condo! Plenty of space for the four of us. Kitchen completely stocked with cooking supplies. The covered patio on the first floor was great but would have been SO much better if my view of the ocean wasn't blocked by the landscape - otherwise perfect! Easy access to the beach. Pool & hot tub, plus the sauna -- BONUS! Would absolutely stay here again.
