Gulf view from Living room balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, Queen bed in Master bedroom, Bunk Beds in 2nd Bedroom, TV's in both bedrooms, Fun and relaxing decor throughout condo. Great attention to detail. Wireless Internet in Condo. Fun family property! This condo is right next to two other (2) bdr. condos that we manage . Great for large families that want to be all together!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time staying at Pinnacle Port. We have been extremely satisfied until this year. When we arrived, the elevator was not working and we were on the fourth floor. When we finally got everything to the condo, it was not clean. We called management and they offered to refund our money and cancel our vacation; we just wanted the condo cleaned. Management called the cleaning company and the owner of the company came. He was very kind, verified our complaints, and went right to work. We were satisfied with his cleaning job. The elevator didn’t work our entire stay. Management said they didn’t know it wasn’t working; the maintenance guys said they had been waiting on a part. Not sure who was telling the truth. The condo needs some updating: painting, furniture, blinds. We did have fun spending time together and the beach was beautiful. We turned a less than perfect situation into fun memories. We may try a different area next year though!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pinnacle port is one of our favorite places to stay. With that said our previous vacation the AC went out on entire complex. This time was little better. We stayed in C1 this time and upon arrival elevator was down and we were on 4th floor. During the week myself, wife and kids were stuck on elevator multiple time right up to check out day. Our room had a light moldy mildew smell may wanna look into that. Our AC struggled to maintain 72°. We had to keep Curtains closed entire week or unit would get to 75°. We made it work though. Should we still expect a refund on elevator struggles?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times in the past. The reasons we come back year after year is price and less crowded beach. This year the AC was out but thanks to great customer service we were offered a refund or a night free is we stayed. We stayed. By night 4 the AC was cold. Not the cleanest unit this time. Inside the cabinets were dirty. Beds were clean and comfy. Over it was a good condo.

This unit is in need of a thorough cleaning and repairs. The ceiling vents are covered in black mold and the unit smells of mildew. The vent in the den is hanging from the ceiling. The furnace filter was filthy and obviously had not been changed in quite some time. Dishes and pans were dirty. Mattress needs replaced as does shower curtain. Extremely disappointed to spend this amount of money for such poor accommodations.
