In-season guests (Memorial Day - Labor Day) must rent Saturday - Saturday.
Winter guests are welcome to rent daily or weekly! 2 week maximum.

Gulf view from ground floor Living room balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, King bed in Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has a Single over Double Bunk bed. Flat screen in living room. Beautiful decor.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Half Paradise, Half Not

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in tolerable condition. Had ants which we dealt with, burned out bulbs we replaced (not a big deal), ice maker doesn’t work. Issue is the sea oats have grown and seriously obscure view along with the dunes (so it DOES NOT match photo) and people throw food in the dune area from their balconies so the flying insects were rough. Beach access was unparalleled but we will not stay in a bottom floor again. If it had been a single floor up it would have been awesome. Very clean and AC was great.

It has qualities that you only get for thousands more. The view, the privacy, and the location are absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for 40 years it’s not brand new anymore but it is an incredible place to enjoy. Theirs nothing like listening to the ocean from your bedroom. I personally will continue to enjoy this one till I’m no longer able.

The unit was better than pictured on the site as there have been some improvements. Could still use a little more updating. The unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The ground floor location in the end unit was ideal so the beach was far less crowded on our end. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Suggestion: Purge the many coffee cups to leave space for guests to bring spices and pantry items.

No A/C for the entire stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very warm and filled with flys when we arrived. We assumed the A/C had just been turned on and it would take a little time to cool the condo. Getting up the next morning drenched in sweat, we stopped by the property manager's office to report A/C being inop. We were told 'chiller was down and being worked on and it could possibly be fixed that day or the next (Why were we not told this when we picked up the keys at check-in?). So we decided to stay in the hopes it would be working soon. WRONG! A 10% refund doesn't make up for waking up drenched in sweat every morning and coming inside from the beach to a warm muggy room for the remainder of our stay. We only get one chance to get away each year and have been staying here for our vacations for over 10 years now and this is the worst vacation yet.

Good location bad condo

This property was not clean. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Both bathtubs and shower curtain liner dirty. Toilets were dirty. Dryer lint filter was broken. Refrigerator made a loud noise. TV cable went in and out, frozen. Refrigerator ( rust spots on outside)and pots and pans look like they have been through a storm.

Entrance

Only problem was with the gate. After we had our pass we were backed up onto the main highway several times as others were trying to get in or get their pass. Residents had a different gate but we were not able to use it. One time it took over 12 minutes to get in. Wish they had a second guard so we could have used the other gate as well.
