2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a spectacular panoramic view of ocean from the 3rd floor . Kitchen features new granite counter tops and a Keurig. This unit sleeps 6 max. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom , There is 1 double bed and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. New large color flatscreen cable TV and DVD/CD/VCR in living room, New large flat screen TV's and DVD player in each bedroom.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Beautiful view!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the balcony cannot be better! However, the condo needs major upgrades. The bedding was stained, not enough washcloths, two of the closet doors were broken, air filter needed to be cleaned causing the air to not cool as quickly as it should.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part we had a nice stay. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable as the cushion had certainly seen better days. Also we had a regular key to lock and unlock the condo door, and it was not easy in doing so. You kind of had to “maneuver” the door some to allow the dead bolt to work. Other than that we had a nice stay and will be back.

Pinnacle Port repeat visitor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and ease of getting to the beach or shopping was amazing. The air conditioning struggled to keep up. Bring a fan if you like it cool like us. The plugs didn't work from time to time. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The floor definitely needs some extra mopping. Our feet were very nasty from walking around barefoot inside. I even swept and contemplated buying a mop and cleaning myself. I will definitely book again though.

Staying there is perfect area for me! The unit I stayed in this time was not that clean! The coffee pot was old and nasty! They did have a small keurig but it had mold in the water area! It was not equipped with enough kitchen stuff,no teaspoons, only a couple of forks, no spatula,no can opener that worked!I did not want to go out to eat and had to go buy several things to cook with! I replaced the shower curtain in guest bath it was nasty! Several lightbulbs burned out! The TV froze up all the time very frustrating!

Reviewer Comments: Great location, on beach , near Lake Powell and Camp St. Helens. This particular condo appears to be a DIY inexperienced update with outdated or cheap materials. I was able to get the TV and internet to work . Beautiful kitchen counter . Mildew on shower curtain and refrigerator door strips . I think rest of condo was clean though . Strange odor. Beds were comfortable, other furnishings old. It was quiet though, not hearing neighbors . 3rd floor , front access is parking lot and back has ocean views from master bedroom and den . Walk down and around to beach in 2 minutes .

Great Location

Pinnacle Port is a great place to stay! Located in a gated community only increases the feeling of safety. There is so much to do, there's no reason to be bored! We are returning again next year but will not stay in this unit. I would strongly encourage the owner to update the kitchen. Floor tile (not ceramic tile) does not cut it as a counter. It's very old, pitted, stained and does not give the appearance of being clean. Updating the kitchen would be a huge improvement to this unit.
