Totally renovated upscale 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was recently transformed by one of our area's best decorator's as you will see from the renovation photos This is a private and secluded hidden gem! Enjoy unspoiled views of the Gulf of Mexico with its emerald green waters and sugary white sandy beaches, and Lake Powell--Florida's largest coastal dune lake--where you can enjoy water sports of all types. You will experience breathtaking sunsets from the living room and its balcony. This condominium unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, with a King bed in Primary bedroom, dressing area and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, stylish furnishings and ensuite bathroom. The living roof sofa is a sleeper sofa with an extra comfortable mattress.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Amazing Location - BOOK ANOTHER UNIT

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT. Our family stayed for a week in this unit, and tried to change midweek. As there were no other units available, we stayed here, and dealt with: plunging the toilet the first day, uncomfortable beds on rails, sheets that didn't fit, moldy shower curtain, no stoppers in bath (for kids), and loud bathroom fixtures. Tanya in the front office was always very polite on the phone about the issues, but we were not given any sort of refund after an extended conversation with management about each one. Book another unit for comfort, or stay in Carillon Beach Rentals. Call the rental office immediately with any list of problems, and continue reporting until someone generates a work order for each one, or they didn't happen. Can't beat the location of this amazing stretch of beach, and proximity to the inlet.

The complex is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have a few concerns with our condo and we made sure the management knew about it. They compensated us with a discount. I will book through them again.

“Simple and Effective”

Rocker swivel chairs are ok but Recliners would be Greatly Desired:) Adirondack Chairs not very comfortable and with obstructed view of the railing would Appreciate high bar table and chairs to Enjoy Watching Sunsets From Balcony:) Please Would Like more deck sections added to walk way to beach for cart pull ease like the other access’s do:) Overall Satisfactory of All the Resorts Amenities:)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pinnacle Port Property was acceptable as expected. The unit (C3403) was the worst one we've ever stayed in in our 20 plus yrs. The furniture was horrid and the kitchen was poorly stocked w/ anything. The shower curtain rods weren't mounted to the wall and the curtain hooks would never stay on the rods. Definitely will not stay in this unit again. Again we have always enjoyed our stays and the location but this was NOT our greatest room.

Great location, poor unit condition

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach and view were awesome, we enjoyed every day. However the unit was poorly maintained and not clean. The person that responded to our cleanliness complaint was great. We have been here many times. I would probably come back, but would find another unit that was cleaner (we found lots of stuff under the beds, and the floors had were dirty, gross), and better cared for by the owner (this had some nice furniture, but other very cheap furniture).

The past 3 stays have been disappointing. The Condos have not been cleaned and the Air Cinditioning rarely works correctly. Rooms are very damp. Had to switch condos on our last stay due to the amount of huge waterbugs(cocktails roaches) coming in from the Kitchen and Bathtoom drains. So sad that such a perfect property is not being maintained.

OK, but long way from perfect

Reviewer Comments: The carpets need replacing badly and the unit is poorly stocked for utensils etc. Beach was amazing and the location made it a quiet area rather than being near the main units. Pool was refreshing and clean. Just needs a couple of thousand spending to update it and it will be great. No internet login information included and you have to call an outside company. an easy fix to add these instructions surely.
