Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall pretty good. Beautiful weather. Have rented in PP for the last 34 years. Will rent again. Love the C building. I think the condo needs some updating. Bathroom exhaust fans do not work. This unit uses public unsecured Wi-Fi that’s in and out. Balcony furniture has a lot to be desired. Sofa in bad shape.

Walking in to the condo, it is beautiful with a balcony and an ocean view, however it is dated. The master bath plumbing was not great, the air conditioning unit was sub-sub par to say the least, and the communication was non existent. We traveled with a group of friends and their experiences were better than ours, I'd stay in the resort again, just a different unit.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head this is the place for you. If you are looking for something to make you feel more at home then keep looking. We are used to renting units at pinnacle port that has the basic necessities such as paper towel as well as smallThings like board games, comfy blankets, etc. to make you feel more at home. I would choose Bre minimum in the c3 building above may other building on the property any day though. The views from the C3 Building units cannot be beaten. Check in and check out super smooth process.

Office put off on providers and was asked to call the numbers on the sheet. Did but of course never heard back from anyone. We have struggled thru some of the worst cable tv for a couple-3 yrs. but this was the worst. We have always enjoyed being here it just seems the prices keep going up and quality doesn't change. Supposedly paying for location and amenities. keep the amenities and just give us reliable internet and cable we can navigate. Overal we love the property and have never had any problems just need internet and decent cable tv. on another note it would be great to have ice machines on property such as Twice the ice machines.

It is a private with guards place but I did observe and report 2 men that tried to talk to my 13 year old daughter. They was also found trying to sleep in the corner of the building as if they didn't belong. Security did come and escort them out. First time that has ever happened to us there. So in all its a great place to stay but even with the Security and it being a private community people still find a way that are not guests there. Also a little pricey compared to other places near by.

Reviewer Comments: This place was great and has been updated since the photos- the walls are now white, there are new countertops in the kitchen and in the master bathroom, and new furniture in the living room- a great surprise! The condo is in an excellent location, right next to the nature preserve, but the building is not too far from grills, and the swimming pools, and the view is amazing! We loved our stay!

Great location for a quiet family vacation

This property was very clean and fairly secluded. We enjoyed a relaxing stay. We did want to visit Panama City and the western side of Panama City Beach, which was quite a drive. But overall, this location was fantastic!
