A lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath house located in Ocean Lakes; a gated community of 310 acres resort on the Atlantic Ocean; physical address is MH71 Live Oak Drive, equipped with 3 queen beds; a large screen T V in the master, plus a bedroom with 2 futons. There is also a sun room for entertaining and/or enjoyment equipped with a t v .
An exceptionally large living area with 2 recliners, a large sofa, a stuffed wingback chair plus a 50' flat screen t v. Also a T V and DVD player in the Sun Room.
A separate dining room plus 2 other eating areas. There is wireless internet at no cost.
We also offer a "One Couple" winter rate of $1,316.00 per month for multiple months.

Excellent Host - Would rent from this host again.
Renting through VRBO was very easy. Leo the host was very pleasant and good with communicating via messages. This property was plenty spacious enough for all 6 of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The house looks just like it is pictured on VRBO. Would definitely rent from Leo again. Only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because I think the cleaning company should have cleaned the dust from the ceiling fans and beam in the living room above the ceiling fan. Thanks again Leo, we had a great stay.

We loved how big the house was and the location is on the quieter side of ocean lakes. Property manager was always quick to reply and actually answers the phone when you call.

We had a great time on vacation, a large part of that was the home we rented. Clean, roomy, convenient, and a great deal. We had a great property owner who cared about us and followed up on our stay.

Leo is a great host, he was quick to provide a new grill, as one was needed badly. Also sent in a repairman for the stove. Lots of room for everyone and extra rooms to have privacy. However this place could use some updates, found dead bugs and rat droppings. Couldn't believe the wi-fi worked, antennas where broken and a "G" router.

Excellent Ocean Lakes Home!!!
Very spacious property with plenty of parking. Bring the whole family to this property for a fun filled stay! Everyone will have their own space but still have a nice den, dining room, and porch to spend time together. Very convenient spot in ocean lakes to pool and beach. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Needs a lot of updates
As far as communication with Leo, it was great. This place needs a big face lift all the way around. It was not the cleanest place. We had to was the bedding and all when we arrived. The carpet is stained and should be taken up. There was nig roach bug looking things throughout the house. The air conditioner can't keep up with what the unit says inside. There looks to ne water damage in one part of the living room amd it was patched at minimum. The shower in the master bath has a soft spot in it. There was even what looked to be rat turds in the cabinets and drawers. We had to leave early due to us getting covid.

The property was beautiful. Very comfortable. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The home was in a perfect location. Close enough to the beach and water park, but far enough away that people weren't constantly up and down our street. I would love to return.

Great week!
Mr Leo was very attentive with all of our questions and needs. The house was great for the family and our fur baby! The locating is great for walks to the beach and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Definitely recommend staying at MH71.

We once again had a wonderful time The house was great and when my husband had to go home early because of work he drove separate planning on paying for parking when we arrived Ocean lakes told us we need permission from owner Mr Leo was so much help got the situation resolved and the fun began Beautiful weather so many activities within the park and the great beach Not to mention the golf cart parade If you have never been you have no idea what you are missing We want to thank Mr Leo for his hospitality and making our vacation memorable Can’t wait to come again
