This is an updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in downtown Saratoga Springs. The apartment is located on a quiet block with a 5 minute walk to downtown and 5 minute drive to the Saratoga Racetrack. Includes a fully stocked, spacious kitchen, new beds/bedding, all new furnishings, central air, private yard, front and back porches, and off-street parking. Great stay!
Very nice apartment with comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen well stocked and bathrooms had shampoo and soap. Excellent location in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants all around. Highly recommend.

Great Property!
We've been to Saratoga Springs many times, and have always stayed at hotels. We chose this property for our recent trip and could not have been happier. The property is great - just as described - checkin and checkout were easy, and the owners were great to deal with. We had no issues at all during our stay, and would recommend this home to anyone coming into town.

This place is the best kept secret in Saratoga Springs!! We were there for a family wedding, and other family members stayed in local hotels and paid much higher rates! We felt right at home - watched movies and kids shows, made breakfasts and lunches, and slept amazingly well on ultra comfy beds!! Loved it!!

Laura and David were very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was clean and the listing pics don’t do the place justice. The main bathroom is updated and 2 of the bedrooms are bigger than shown. The location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, less than a 8 min walk to downtown. The place was perfect for 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is perfect for a group of friends visiting Saratoga Springs - quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and Skidmore. It was relaxing and comfortable, and Laura and David were attentive and communicative hosts. I would love to stay here again!

The best!
This was a super quiet, clean and incredibly well located apartment. Already child proofed, all amenities were of great quality. Seriously. I’d move in if I lived in Saratoga Springs. The decor was soothing. It was just perfect.

We especially enjoyed the back porch during our unseasonably warm stay. Two parking spaces helped a lot. Our third guest parked the next street over, which didn't require moving over the weekend. Highly recommended.

The apartment was great size, so clean and neat and perfect location- we walked everywhere. We will definitely come back this is our halfway point when picking up our daughter from college!
