Great Place just minutes from the river.

Rob's place is amazing. What a great pool and deck with the built in BBQ. Comfortable beds/couches and an amazing game room. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful home with pool, spa and games for kids

Our little ones enjoyed themselves so much with all the games, pool and spa. They even love the room with all the bunk beds where they can hangout together. Great home for the family!

Great Getaway Home!!

This has to be best vacation home our family has stayed at. Where do I begin! The beautiful pool was such a fun time and best part you get a beautiful view of the sunset and lake. The garage was another great hang out place with the arcade games and bar area. Inside the home was very spacious, every room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Rob was great communicating from the beginning to the very end and was available at all times. Thanks again Rob for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Havasu Paradise

Our group lucked out snagging this home for the weekend! From start to finish Rob made sure we had everything we needed and always reassured us that he was a text or phone call away. We appreciated arriving to a clean and sanitized home. Instructions for check in/check out were thorough, and operating the pool or anything in the home was easy to navigate. Most of our time was spent poolside or in the game room - so much fun btw! And the ice machine? Ultimate life saver for days we headed out on the boat. The view and location can’t be beat. Not to mention there is a coffee shop literally a minute away - what a blessing! Lol. We had the best weekend and look forward to our next Havasu trip. Thanks again Rob!

Great weekend getaway

Amazing home and amazing owners!

From day one Robert was ready to take a call and make sure the experience was all that it could possibly be while in his family home. He was a phone call away. House was perfect. Back yard was great for BBQ and relax by pool and spa. Great view of lake. Easy to get to state park and launch ramp as if your boating. Neighborhood perfect. We went to take boat out Saturday and it was so crowded we opted to just head back to the house and relax poolside. That should tell it all. We had a great time!

Havasu Pool House

Great Long Weekend Stay

The property was clean and very well maintained. The pool was absolutely fabulous and relaxing and when my kids weren't swimming in it, they were in the garage playing on the arcade games. We were on the river all day, so it was nice to go back to the house with a sleep number bed pass out! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities along with a great BBQ outside that overlooked the lake. The owner is a great guy who can answer any of your questions at anytime. Overall great stay!

Awesome Summer Vacation!!!

If you are trying to find a fun and relaxing place to stay while you and your family is in Lake Havasu this is the place to be! My family and I have stayed at this house a couple times now and we always have the most amazing time!! Plenty of room for a family of 11 to enjoy. From the Grandkids playing in the converted garage game room, to relaxing in the pool. The water features of the pool (waterfall) combined with complete wired sound throughout the yard makes the ambiance and view of the lake something to see. Oh and let’s not forget the hotel style ice machine in the garage!! Rob, the owner has been nothing but accommodating and always ensures are expectations are exceeded. Looking forward to another next year already!!

Exceptional Stay!

Absolutely loved the pool area. Very beautiful and nice view of the lake. Barbecue area was great. The game room was a bit warm but we still managed to play many games and had a lot of fun! Ice machine was very much appreciated on those 110 degree days! Great sound system for around the pool and in the garage. Very relaxing vacation with no worries.
