Baxter Road House Available August 23-Sept 4th, 2025
Hermosa's layout is perfect for families of 8 or less. Adults can stay in either the king or queen first floor bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids can "camp" upstairs in either a bunk or twin bedroom that share a bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower for post beach clean up!
The kitchen is outfitted for entertaining and has its own entrance to the front porch which faces Baxter Rd and the Atlantic Ocean. The yard is expansive and there is plenty of privacy.
The living room is great for entertaining or just hanging out with the family. There is a bluestone patio in back, which is perfect for enjoying the end of the day sunlight and infamous Sconset sunsets as well as a gas grill. There is a laundry room and a garage.
PLEASE NOTE: Renter must be at least 30 years of age. Lease is not transferrable. No gatherings (parties) of more than 12 people allowed.

We have owned in Sconset since 1996 and absolutely love it here. We both grew up coming to Nantucket in the summer, met here and married here.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property in hopes of preserving what is so lovely about Sconset.
What makes this property unique
I don't know another rental home in Sconset that has these views, this much yard and is walking distance to the village.
