Excellent property, million dollar beach view and close to shopping and reastaurants. The building is under renovations. Balcony were closed and noisy at times. Definitely going back next year.

Even though construction was taking place during my stay it never interfered with my use of the heated pool, beach and surrounding area. Sheena, the owner, routinely checked in with me just to make sure everything was ok. Very friendly and concerned.

Condo and location was great. It was a little more of a walk to the beach than expected but I think that was temp related. Parking space was great and I enjoyed the assigned space. Pool was the best I ever had on vacation. I was not thrilled with the restaurants so I would cook more in the condo. I would use this condo again if I returned to Clearwater, Fl.

Beach front with amazing views.
My unit was on the 5th floor where I enjoyed watching sunsets from my balcony. The complex was very peaceful with a wide beach. The heated pool had more than enough space where you did feel on top of the other residents - more than enough lounge furniture so no one needed to reserve chairs like you find at other rentals. The owners were very pleasant & available if I had question or concern. I enjoyed my stay & have already booked for the upcoming winter.

Beautiful place
Loved the balcony that looks to the beach. Watched sunsets on the beach or balcony every night there was one. Stayed two weeks. Interior is modern and nice. So many places to eat around here with outside decks or rooftops overlooking water. Check out the marina in Clearwater. Rode Jolly Trolly for $2.50 for all day pass and let our rental car sit a lot of days. Sheena stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was OK during our stay.

Lighthouse Towers are wonderful
You can't beat the view. Absolutely relaxing and beautiful. Sheena is very nice and the condo has everything you need to have a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back next year.

Wonderful beach Place
Had a mother/ daughter 2 week vacation here at Lighthouse Towers Clearwater first let me say we had a wonderful time being on the beach was heaven even with a little walk to get to it but was well worth it second the condo was nice but could use some little things like the dinning room chairs not comfortable and the window blinds are missing several and the couch doesn’t set well anymore and the balcony is small and definitely needs new beach chairs and a beach wagon to pull them on and a few more things but nothing that would be a deal breaker from me coming back again , loved having big window in living room and bed was comfy and nice having security around 24 hours and having Trolly stop right out front of condo but is in such a great location you can walk to a lot of things so even with the small little upgrades it needs this place is wonderful would definitely come back oh and it would’ve been nice if they offered pet friendly since there is apparently several in condo building that is the whole city seems to be pet friendly oh and I might mention that I am disabled and have to use a Walker and getting to beach was important to me but with the boardwalk and mostly flat sandy walkway and just a little effort I made it to the beach with my Walker several times a day and yes they have a outside shower for coming off the beach. Had a Great Time Sheena ty

I wanted to relax and unwind. But we were not able to get in the condo. Three hours after we contacted the owner, she returned our call and the maintenance supervisor was called to force his way into the condo. The door was literally hanging off its hinges. After a series of calls, text and coordination she had someone come out that night it took him three hours to repair. So our whole first night was spent on their deferred maintenance :(. Some of the furniture is nice quality, however other items in the kitchen were very poor quality. I like sand key and will go again but would not stay in this condo. I feel like given our problems we should have gotten a partial refund.

Overall we liked the Lighthouse Tower property, and we more than likely will return, but not stay in this condo again. The curtains were falling down, the dishes were so bad that we bought all paper goods, and the sheets, towels, & linens were horribly old, not matching, & spotted by bleach.
