About this property

The condo has a queen in the master bedroom and a full size bunk bed over a full bed with a twin pull out trundle. The condo has central AC and a full size front load washer and dryer. It is located on the first floor, so only one set of stairs to go up. There are two permanent parking spots, one behind the other, directly under my condo on the North side of the building closest to the beach. The kitchen has granite counter tops. There is a large back porch and sling TV and internet in the condo.

For a $60 Fee, LINENS PROVIDED(Sheets for as many beds as needed and up to 6 bath towels and 2 hand towels and wash cloths). If you would prefer to bring your own, just let me know after you book and I will credit $60 toward your stay. $100/pet fee, $150/2 pets. Please let me know if you have 2 pets when booking.

The pool is open during warmer months. Typically from May until October, so Please ask if its open during your stay before booking

If this condo is booked on the dates you seek, I also own a condo at 612 Carolina Beach Ave N., unit 1A(a block north). Pricing is about the same., but no pool and a 5 Br house about a mile down the north end on canal that I rent out too. Pool closes Oct 15,2022!

Perfect Location and Comfortable

Location was perfect. The bed we slept on was really comfortable which was a nice surprise as VRBOs rarely have comfy beds. Condo was well stocked and appointed except for one thing. The pans to cook with were terrible. We always make breakfasts when we vacation and not one pan was good enough for cooking an egg on. Other than that, everything was perfect. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Would stay again but bringing my own skillet :)

Great Location

We live in Raleigh and We really enjoyed our stay. We were rained out a few of the days we booked - which you chance with a North Carolina beach - but the view of the ocean made up for being stuck inside. I also highly advise booking before Memorial Day as the town was busy enough but not slammed with many out-of-towners.

The location of this condo is excellent! Private beach access right outside and a short walk to the boardwalk and some restaurants. The condo itself was really nice. Very spacious and clean and access to beach chairs and sand toys was a nice bonus. I love that it’s dog friendly also!! The owner was very quick to respond to questions and made sure everything taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway

Andrew is very quick to respond to any questions and follows up to ensure you are satisfied. Comfortable bed and linens, nice updated decor and appliances. Easy beach access. As with all of these types of condos, the interior hallway/stairs are noisy. Was great to be able to bring dog. Only 1 other group was staying in the building, could be tricky if all units were occupied (parking, noise). But would stay here again.

Everything you need for a Great Price

This stay was exceptionally enjoyable. I appreciated the owner's attention to detail in how the rental was set up and furnished for a comfortable experience. Great location on private beach access. My goldendoodle had the best time watching the beach from the balcony. I loved reading my book and watching the sea oats. Didn't even mind the day it rained. Close to everything in Carolina Beach. I'd book again.

Great location!

This was a clean and comfortable condo. Situated close to restaurants and the boardwalk. So close to the beach and with our pup it was nice to be just steps away from the sand. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was stocked. Including paper towels and toilet paper. Nice and quiet location. Pool was nice.

Nice view and short walk to the beach

Staying on the first floor was great and the walk to the beach was short. Everything was clean and plenty of room to relax. The view was beautiful at night. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect week!

We booked last minute and it was wonderful! Close to the beach, easy with small children and able to come back throughout the day to let the dog out. Pool was a plus on the red flag days! Beds were decent and the owner provided everything essential. It was nice to not have to bring linen and towels. Soaps and shampoo even available if you forgot yours! Having a washing machine was a life saver! Thank you again, we had the best week!

Great location and well supplied

It was all we needed for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, rides, and the boardwalk. Parking is tight, but it is everywhere around there. I would definitely recommend this property to others

Great condo right on Carolina Beach

I gave cleanliness a 4/5 because the floors were pretty filthy when we arrived--not particularly surprising, and I've never stayed in a short term rental that was any different. They did provide a swiffer and pads and we cleaned it up no problem. Furniture is comfortable enough for a week. Queen bed mattress was actually quite nice. AC works well. Fridge is nice, but water pressure out of the fridge dispenser is very weak and water tastes like out of the tap--suspect filter may need changed. We stayed in unit 1A which is one floor above ground--ground level is parking for the upper units. Our parking spot was uncovered just next to the walkway to the beach--I preferred this as other folks didn't need to squiggle their way past our car to get to the door up to the condos. Still have a nice beach/ocean view on the first floor and less stairs to climb. All in all, for a condo that takes pets (we have 2 little dogs), you really can't ask for anything better at this very reasonable price. I would highly recommend for sure--no regrets whatsoever. Plus, host was very nice and responsive to questions (like what kind of coffee maker, etc...).

Beautiful!

Excellent weather. Parking a little tight. Had a great time. Carolina Beach (the town) seems to be working very hard to make improvements and updates to infrastructure and the like. Ocean water completely clear, could see the bottom.
