We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. From the ski valet, gym, lobby bar and proximity to so many restaurants and shops as well as the lifts and ski school, it just doesn’t get any better than this place! Highly recommend and we will back next season!
We loved the Park Hyatt. It is right in the middle of everything so I don't have to worry about the kids running around on their own. We made s’mores every night and hiked right out the back door every day. We will definitely stay here again.
Staying at the Hyatt was amazing, and the location couldn't be better. After skiing (or boarding), they have a valet right at the bottom of the slope for all your gear. So convenient.
The condo itself was spacious and well-appointed.
Perfect
Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at the condo. Beautiful inviting space with a wonderful view, spacious, big bathrooms, tons of closet space and beautiful kitchen. The place was emaculate with lovely housekeeping employees that came 1-2x a day. The condo had everything we needed and more. The customer service was 5 stars. The ParkHyatt employees were amazing and helpful! We can not wait to come back soon!
We have stayed at the Residences at the Park Hyatt multiple summers. This unit is spacious and clean. We stayed with two kids under 5 who had a wonderful time. We will be back!
The Park Hyatt had the best location for Beaver Creek. The service is incredible and the property is very clean. We could not have asked for a better stay for our family ski trip.
We have stayed at many places in Beaver Creek and this was our favorite. Very nice with with lots of space for our family of four. The service is outstanding. It is in the best location in beaver creek, close to all of the activities and restaurants. We will be staying here again.
We had a great time on our trip! The condo was wonderful! Layout, furniture, location, all good. Staff at the hotel was so kind and helpful. Childrens ski school drop off is just outside the hotel which is a big perk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right next door, very walkable area. The family said the skiing was good too. Already making plans to return next year!
For the past three years we have been staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel. First time staying on the residence side.. the property was stunning, beautiful bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and just lovely all the way around. The owners where awesome, perfect communication and seem less check in and check out process. Our favorite part was cooking in the kitchen for all our family! Can’t wait to come back next year and stay at the property!! I don’t think I can stay at the hotel anymore, the residence was such of a treat! Highly recommend!! The Best!!
Great stay at Park Hyatt Residences at Beaver Creek
Spent a week in a beautiful three-bedroom residence at the Park Hyatt. Very well appointed and with a perfect location in Beaver Creek Village. Highly recommend!
The entire family enjoyed a summer vacation at the Park Hyatt Residences. The unit contained basically three master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and small balcony, along with a full kitchen and living room/dining area. Everyone had their own space and was thrilled with it. Being able to walk out one door to Beaver Creek mountain for outdoor activities and another door to Beaver Creek village with many restaurants and shops makes this a uniquely convenient place to stay. As an unexpected bonus, we were able to attend several performances of the New York Philharmonic during the Bravo Vail music festival, including an outstanding string quartet performance at the Vilar Performing Arts Center at Beaver Creek. Amazing! The hotel staff were always helpful and courteous. Note that self-parking isn't available and valet parking is an additional $50/day. Don't miss the free s'mores kits available for guests at the lobby shop each evening.
We absolutely loved staying at the Park Hyatt residences. The condo was in the best location and everything was perfect from the friendly staff, who would do anything to make the stay wonderful, to the facilities which were top notch. We were so sad to leave.
We had a lovely week at the Park Hyatt Residences in Beaver Creek. A week before our stay, I checked in with our VRBO contact to reserve a crib and check some other details - they were very responsive and flexible on room set-up options. We ended up picking a unit with two masters (kings) and one room with two twins. Each bedroom had an en suite bath and we also had a half bath in the living room. When we arrived, the valets were super helpful - the front desk was a bit hard to find due to construction in the lobby - but our check-in was professional and quick. The unit itself is very nicely appointed; though not super updated. It's decorated in mountain chic and was very clean. We had daily cleaning and nightly turn-down and the cleaning staff was excellent. The location couldn't be better - it's right at the base of the mountain with lots of greenspace, games/a ropes course/put-put and the hotel has a nicely-sized swimming pool, small playground and lots of outdoor tables to sit and read or eat lunch. It's extremely walkable to all of the villages restaurants and shops. We used the Beaver Creek Connection shuttle a few times to go to restaurants that were farther away like Splendido and Mirabelle. There were a few hiccups along the way - hard to get access to some of the gaming equipment like ping pong, bean bag, etc. and a few times we called ahead for our car to the valet but when we arrived at the front, it wasn't there; the pool cafe had very sporadic hours, as did the little coffeeshop off the lobby. But all in all, it was a great spot for us given we had grandparents and our kids (2 and 4) in tow for the week. The Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch was a level above in luxury, but we'd definitely consider staying at the PH again due to the location in Beaver Creek.

Perfect in every way
We typically stay in Bachelor Gulch at the Timbers properties. This year we decided to stay in the village at the Hyatt Residences and can not say enough great things about this property. The location is ideal. Close to all the actives and a handful of great restaurants. The unit was more than sufficient for my husband, 3 teenage sons and myself. Our unit faced the slopes and the ice rink. The views were unbeatable. I would stay here again and again.

Great residence...great location
This was our family's 5th annual visit to Beaver Creek. And this was, by far, our best and easiest accommodations. The unit is very spacious...2 large master bedrooms and a smaller room perfect for kids. Everything worked as expected...and being a part of the Park Hyatt means the location is second to none.
Having a full kitchen was perfect for breakfast and late night snacks. Our unit overlooked the skating rink...with the picture perfect mountains in the background.
The unit is pricey...but definitely worth the price. We'll be staying there again.
