It was very nice and clean!

Loved drinking coffee every morning out back watching the geese, ducks and even an eagle. Very peaceful and quiet. Weather was better than expected. House is so comfortable like home.

I stayed here with my mom and sister for a Mother’s Day weekend. We absolutely loved the dock! It is perfect for lounging and relaxing. We took out a kayak and there is super easy access to the water from multiple spots. The kitchen and bathrooms have been redone nicely and everything was very clean. The mattresses were awesome and I wish I had one that nice at home haha. The house is very big with plenty of room if you have a big group. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Check in was easy. Close to all the fun things to do in granbury. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Week
We had a great time here! My kids loved the house and felt comfortable quickly. The park is literally just across the backyard. It was close to Dinosaur Valley, which was our focus this trip. I got to throw in my line morning and night, and while I didn't catch anything it was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Beautiful lake
We spent morning coffee watching the geese and ducks gracefully swim by. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Close to Granbury which has many shops, places to eat and some nice walking trails at the local parks. House is within an hours drive to Dallas/Fort Worth. Highly recommend this house.

COMFY AND QUIET
Thank you for the most enjoyable weekend at your place on the lake. The Mornings where wonderful having coffee on the Deck and enjoying the Serene view of the Lake and listening to the Ducks and Geese talk. The home was comfy and warm and we both slept wonderful with plenty of blankets. The covered dock was great too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Lake View
We love this place and have stayed here several times before. The dock is very convenient for fishing and just sitting out on the lake and enjoying the beautiful view. The rooms and bathrooms worked great for our group size and although the TVs do not have cable we have usually been able to find whatever football game we are looking for. It is close enough to town that we were able to go to events, restaurants and grocery stores easily. Keith is always helpful with any questions we have. I am sure we will stay here again soon!

Best by Far
A friend and I stayed here for our annual girl's trip to Granbury. This property was the best that we've stayed at thus far. The house was roomy and the kitchen was fully equipped. It sits in a quiet cove, has plenty of shade in the backyard with several areas, including a big dock, to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very relaxing. Spiders are to be expected on lake property but it would have been nice had spider webs been knocked down and cleaned up from around the yard and dock prior to our arrival. Other than that we had a wonderful time and each plan to book the property for family trips as well as our annual getaway.

Was a good location, easy access to lake, Had Basic supplies, and amenities. Cooked outside on grill and inside for family. Thankful I brought seasonings and dishes for baking, though. WiFi was good, loved the lake view and shade sitting outside.

AMAZING!
I just don't know how much better I can state it. I still cannot believe that this place afforded me an amazing vacation! The home was spacious, especially the kitchen. The deck was not used, but the dock was. The yard was so pretty with it's landscaping. I could go on and on...but I think "Amazing" says it all. EVERYTHING was awesome, except - I wish there had been a ladder at the end of the dock and more bath towels (there were two) in the Master bedroom. I plan to go back again when finances afford it. But it is SO WORTH the price! Thank you so much for offering your amazing home!!!

Lake Granbury
We checked in around 5:00 PM Thursday. I (Nana) tooked my grandkids into town for supper which was very close to the lake home. We water skied, wakeboarded, and tubed all day Friday and Saturday. Early Sunday we took the youngsters wake boarding before packing up on Sunday. We loved the convenience of loading and unloading the boat. We are hoping to stay again next summer! Good time was had by all!

Not What We Expected
The Good: This property is on the lake in Granbury which is a cute town. The lake is nice, and the home has a dock with a boat slip and lift. The cove is quite and there is a small park next door with swings and such. The house is cute and there are 3 deck areas in the back yard for eating and lounging outside. The Bad: The house was not clean when we arrived, to which we thought we would just clean up a bit. When we got to cleaning we found that it was truly a mess. It doesn't appear that the cleaners have done much cleaning in some time (there is mold in both of the showers, the floors were not vacuumed or mopped, crumbs and grime everywhere). We did contact the owner about the lack of cleanliness and we were refunded our cleaning deposit. We did not stay the second night at the property, it was just too gross.
