This character home has been modernized, while keeping much of its historic charm. Warm and inviting with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, Its located a very convenient and central neighborhood, only a short 10 minutes drive to Downtown. You're also only a 2 minute drive away from the Commercial Drive historical district, an area loaded with, restaurants, supermarkets, transit, and plenty of amenities.
The main floor boasts an open concept with high ceilings, and gets plenty of light from all directions. This Magnificent home is charming and relaxing; complete with a gas fireplace, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A pair of French doors opens up onto a large deck, which in turn leads you to a beautiful backyard. All bedroom are on the upper level. There is a sofa-bed on the main level.
You must not use the home for medical related quarantine purposes.
