2023 is here and before you know it, you'll be looking for your 2024 vacation spot, our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, is right were you want to be, seconds to the Intracoastal or 7 minute walk to the beach, book early and save!

Smoking is PROHIBITED in the condo, this will forfeit your security deposit!!

This is your chance to stay at a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath corner unit with water views. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and a closet pantry. Living room has 50" flat screen TV with over 100 channels. All bathrooms have been remodeled with new tile floors, vanities, toilets, bathtubs and tile in the showers. Many other upgrades were made including an updated electrical box, new paint and flooring throughout along with a 42 in flat screen in the master bedroom! The complex is well maintained with a waterfront heated pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard and fitness room, which could be used while you stay.

We also have a security system, along with a keyless entry system, no more looking for your keys or blaming someone for losing them. After you book your stay and about a month before I will email you your personal 4-digit code. I will send you three short videos, about 25 seconds long, that will show you how easy it is. This keyless system will make your stay that much easier and no more fighting about who had the keys last!!!

We offer discounts on longer stays, and repeat renters, please ask with your quote!

*** Please be advised, before any rental can happen there will be a Background check (Social Security Number or Canadian SIN number must be provided) , this will be made by myself to give to our HOA( Home Owners Association) for every adult over 18yr of age staying ($50 per person), and a rental Application Fee ($100.00) that needs to be filled out and returned, this will take close to 25 days once they are received. The fees mentioned above are included in the quote you requested!!!

Beautiful Location - Excellent Host

The condo is in a beautiful location with views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Joseph made our stay very special with decorating for Christmas for our family. The condo itself is clean, decorated lovely and has all the needed amenities. If you don't have transportation, the beach is just a short walk away. We didn't go in the heated pool but it sure looks inviting! Joseph communicated clearly about check in and check out and really wanted to make sure our family had a wonderful stay together. We appreciated it so much!

The best host ever!

Joe went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. The best communication before and during our stay! The condo is lovely and very well kept. Comfortable beds and very clean. Everything we needed was provided which was super helpful. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees in the inter coastal just outside. The beach was a 12 minute walk for us but certainly not bad. You could not have a more gracious host nor a more comfortable home. Highly recommend!

Very clean, quiet neighborhood and exciting location to everything on Gulf Blvd.

We really enjoyed the location and condo, there was a hiccup with the AC but Joe got it fixed and we really enjoyed our visit! So very relaxing for me, which is exactly what I needed! Will definitely be back to this place again!

We had an incredible time at Joe's! We were skeptical at first because there weren't a ton of ratings for this property, but it definitely exceeded all expectations. He has everything you need for your stay and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The HOA requires a background check of each occupant, but after we got that squared away, it was smooth sailing. I 100% recommend this place and hope that when you book it, you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

IRB Florida Vacation

Just completed 30 days at this condo and could not be happier with our stay there! Absolutely a great location, close to many restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with just about everything you need! The pool area is located on the intercostal water way and is a great place to spend the afternoon watching boats and marine life go by. The owner of the property was always available to answer any questions and was easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property! Jim F.

Super nice owner, great location!

This townhouse was great for us! We had 3 couples, and still felt like we had space. Everything was clean! Lots of extra bedding and towels, great closet space. It had all the essentials we needed and couldn’t travel with. Joe was so nice and great to work with. It was cheaper than staying directly on the beach, but was just a super short drive to public accesses. We had a great time and were very happy with the space.

Thank you for a great vacation!

Joe, Your condo is not only beautiful but also very well equipped with all the essentials. We especially loved lounging at the pool which is directly on the intracoastal! We were even lucky enough to see numerous dolphins swimming by! The condo is conveniently located between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete’s...and just a short walk to the Gulf! Thank you again for your hospitality! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway!

Very Nice.

very nice townhouse, is equipped with all necessary items like pots and pans, dishes (excellent type) closet full of very nice towels of all sizes, beds are comfortable. I am not unhappy with the townhouse........wish I found this place when I was a little younger!

One of the best Florida vacations ever!

Our townhouse was everything we hoped for. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our landlord was available at any time for assistance and made us feel welcome. The neighbors were fun too! Close to beach, pool and restaurants. A really 5 star experience!

Wonderful condo rental

This is a truly wonderful condo. We recently stayed here and loved it! It is situated in a very well maintained complex, is right on the pretty intercostal waterway, is just a few minutes walk to gorgeous Indian Rocks beach and has many terrific restaurants and shops closeby. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is spacious and really nicely furnished. The kitchen is beautiful, modern and very well equipped. The bedrooms are large and the beds are really comfortable and have high quality linens. There is perfect view of the intercostal waterway from the screened-in porch where we enjoyed many meals as we watched the boats, and Dolphins! go by. We can't say enough good things about the owners, Joe and Beth. They are just wonderful people and looked after our every need. This is a wonderful condo rental ...we very highly recommend it. Living in Buffalo, New York for 52 years, I needed a place in the sun to warm up... and after looking all over the state of Florida, I loved the quietness of the day, and the excitement of the nightlife this area has to offer.

Set on the Intracoastal, you will be able to sit by the pool and watch the wildlife swim by and the boats motor by! Relax on the two rear lanais and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Whatever you like, you'll find it here!! You will find great new restaurants, nightlife, small shops, and only 20 minutes to Clearwater beach.

Recently remodeled, painted interior and exterior, new Air condition, Tile/laminate flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms, flat screen TVs with 100 channels. The heated, year-round pool is set on the intercostal, for your enjoyment, along with a front row seating to the water and wildlife. Newly remodeled club house with a workout room, some books and games to use, along with two shuffleboard courts!
