This condo/townhouse is located on the the desirable west beach. It is a two story custom built 1BR/1.5 BA condo/townhome located within walking distance (5 min.) to downtown Santa Barbara shopping district and walking distance to the Stern's Wharf. The location is amazing but the condo itself is what has all our guests coming back! Our condo is part of a luxurious five-unit development community that was recognized as "2009 Project of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders. Our tranquil condo is warm and bright, with a unique modern style. The first floor of the condo is the master bedroom which has a deluxe king bed, a high-end master bathroom, and a private porch area. The porch area is surrounded by a high privacy fence and plenty of shade from the encircling trees. When you travel up the stairs you will be astounded by the spacious feel with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The high vaulted ceilings and natural light makes this room feel larger than life. It is the perfect space for entertaining guests or just a romantic evening. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We love cooking on our stainless steel commercial grade stove/oven. Our unit meets all the requirements of a LEED certified Platinum Level and is three star Built Green Certified. We really appreciate the fact that our unit is Built Green and is environmentally friendly--from the landscape designed to reduce the excessive water usage, all the way up to the cross ventilation from the strategically placed windows.

Great location!

The location is great! No need for a car. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host provided excellent check in and out instructions and was quick to respond with questions and any issues with the property.

West Beach Gem

We loved our 5-night stay at this property while in Santa Barbara celebrating our anniversary. The location was so convenient to restaurants/shopping/etc that at one point we didn’t drive our car for two days. The living space and amenities worked well for us and having a garage was a bonus considering the parking challenges in the area. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the property manager was excellent both on logistics beforehand as well as checking in with us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for short or long stay

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. Very nicely kept and a versatile floorplan with the primary bedroom down with full bath and a half-bath on the second level. Very open kitchen and living area on the second level. High end finish-out. Nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Great place to stay.

Beyond expectations!

Our month long stay in this wonderful townhome was the perfect introduction to Greater Santa Barbara. We brought our bicycles and explored the wine country when we weren’t participating in the many other amenities the city has to offer. This was a perfect retreat!

Two weeks in paradise

We have been in Santa Barbara many times, and lived there for two years (long ago). This was our first time in this neighborhood, and it was a pleasure to be so close to the water. Also, this is perhaps the best equipped property we have ever rented, even coming stocked with some non-perishable essentials in the kitchen!

Sensational Santa Barbara

This property made for a delightful stay in Santa Barbara! Perfectly located for walks to the Beach, the Funk Zone and excellent restaurants. The home was very well outfitted with all the modern conveniences and great design and the outdoor spaces functioned like extensions of the home. The only thing missing was air conditioning during the heatwave - but the quality construction, window placements and ceiling fan in the bedroom made it far more bearable than one would expect. Great place to stay and pretend that you live here!

A True Santa Barbara Gem!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in April. Both the owner and manager (P.J.) were very kind and easy to work with. The instructions were clear, the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. You absolutely cannot beat the location. We had the best time and it felt great to come "home" to a comfortable, fully stocked place every night. I will definitely keep this place filed away for future stays. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Week In Santa Barbara!

The property is very nice, clean and contemporary. The neighborhood is just lovely...very quiet, and the property manager was a pleasure to work with. There is a wonderful market called Lazy Acres-go there and get some grass fed steaks and organic veggies and cook out on the gas grill on the balcony. Really enjoyed our time here and would rent again...... The only negative is the hard water-could, not rinse the shampoo out of my hair!

Relaxing home, great location

The home was very clean and well supplied. We loved having a garage and were very glad to have rented a smaller car. An SUV wouldn't have fit. We made most of our meals and the kitchen was great. The only issues were that the fountain wasn't working and that there weren't extra trash bags. These were minor inconveniences. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and State Street without hoping in the car. We would definitely stay again.
