This BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT UNIT is most conveniently located on the ELEVATED FIRST FLOOR of The Dunes of Panama, Building B. Easy and optional elevator access available. Outdoor stairs provide DIRECT ACCESS to TWO BEACHFRONT POOLS / pool decks (three on property,) the clubhouse, bathhouse, the Tiki Bar, grilling areas, parking areas, swing sets, beach volleyball, tennis / pickleball courts, and best of all … the lovely beach and warm gulf waters. ** For all ages, one of the best features of this condo may be the quick, easy pool and beach access right from your balcony door! **

The Dunes of Panama offers 1500 FT. of SANDY WHITE, EMERALD COAST frontage, in the Lower Grand Lagoon area. Here… it is usually more quiet than other PCB area condos & beaches and we are located just 5 mins west of gorgeous St. Andrews State Park.

Our unit is CLEAN, MODERN and WELL FURNISHED to ensure you enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has a KING-size bed, 2 full dressers, an open walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV and an oscillating tower fan. The bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower and a small washer/dryer. The living room boasts a 55" flat-screen TV, contemporary decor, and a modern sofa with chaise which easily provides additional sleeping for children. (The convertible chaise unfolds into an x-long twin and the sofa becomes a full-size bed. Linens and pillows are provided in the living room armoire.) For your convenience there is a fully-equipped kitchen, counter seating with 3 stools, an expandable dining table, a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with chairs and leisure equipment for your use. Fast and easy elevator access in (5-floor/40-unit) Building B. Optionally, three staircases provide access to/from the first floor. On-site security is provided.

Our condo is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. The DUNES OF PANAMA mixes family-friendly fun with a relaxed vibe. The property features three swimming pools (one heated seasonally), two tennis courts, fitness room, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, clubhouse, bath-house, a seasonal tiki hut snack bar and a year round on-site deli/bar/store. *RENTAL AGREEMENT DETAILS - All Renters MUST COMPLETE & SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT and are expected to perform general housekeeping, report damage and leave the condo tidy at departure per GUEST CHECKOUT CHECKLIST.

A $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be held/charged (at owner's discretion) within 10 days of check-out inspection.

*Spring Break at the Dunes of Panama is "FAMILIES ONLY." Parents must reside in the unit the entire length of stay....This is STRICTLY ENFORCED by the Association.
