Enjoy this recently remodeled, fully equipped 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in the prestigious Regal Palms Resort. Our townhome has a coastal décor near Disney World and all the attractions. It is one of the closest units to the resort facilities located within phase 1 of the complex with a 4 minute walk to the pool area. Regal Palms Resort is truly amazing!! Brand new furnishings and custom decor to make you feel relaxed. Close to all of the entertainment, dining and nightlife Orlando has to offer. Your just minutes away from the magic of Disney as well as shopping and quality restaurants. There is also a famous highland reserve golf course within walking distance.

This two story townhome is located within the Regal Palms Resort, which is a gated community with 24 hours security. The surroundings have a tropical coastal ambience with scenic pathways and landscaped gardens. Regal Palms resort has a 2.5 acre water park with water slide, lazy river, heated zero-entry children’s pool, heated resort style pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, poolside tiki bar, playground and lounging terrace. Outdoor amenities open 8am to 11pm. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrella tables are provided throughout the pool area.

The clubhouse features 24 x 7 reception area which includes: a business center with computer station, game room, day spa, marketplace and tour and ticket assistance. Free Wi-Fi throughout the community and free local and long distance phone calls are included anywhere in the US, Canada & Puerto Rico. Picnic areas with several BBQ areas complete with charcoal grill for your convenience. Frankie Farrell’s Irish-Style Pub is located inside the clubhouse and is open daily. Enjoy lunch overlooking the pool and enjoying the tropical ambiance. The Health Club features a variety of equipment including life cycles, cross trainers, treadmills and strength training. After a vigorous workout enjoy the sauna, steam room and whirlpool to relax. The Cenote Day Spa is located within the Regal Palms Resort which specializes in a variety of massages, skin Care, nail services and treatments. Regal Palms Resort features “Banana Jacks” a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art pirate themed kids zone. Offers an indoor playground and arcade games with a full restaurant menu.

This beautiful coastal themed 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom is 1,500 sq feet which has been updated and professionally decorated in January 2019. The townhome offers a large covered outdoor patio and central air. There are two master suites that are tastefully decorated, which is perfect when travelling with extended family. The upstairs master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with new bed linens, en-suite bathroom with sunken tub and shower, walk in closet and a balcony with a sitting area, mounted flat screen TV as well as a safe for valuables. The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with new bed linens, en-suite bathroom, closet, flat screen TV and its own external entrance. The third bedroom has two twin beds with new bed linens with walk in closet and flat screen TV. All bedroom have ceiling fans.

The main living area is spacious and bright with an open concept. The living room features brand new sleeper sofa and loveseat with shabby chic coffee table and end tables. Enjoy a brand new large flat screen TV with HD cable programs and a DVD player. The dining area features seating for six. The updated kitchen includes tile floor, full size stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes everything you would need including: new dishes, cookware, small appliances and utensils. Upstairs is a laundry room with a new washing machine and dryer. All linens and towels are provided. Pool towels are provided at resort free of charge with deposit. We have a pack & play, stroller, high chair booster, and adult back child carrier that are complementary as well as pool toys. Complimentary parking for two cars in front of townhome.
