About this property

The house is located at Sutri , a small village of Etruscan origin just north of Rome, and is an ideal base from which to explore Rome, the Northern district lakes (Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena) and Umbria. The immediate area also offer a good mixture of interesting archaeological and historical sites, beautiful countryside and two golf courses.
The house with a 40sqm garden with terrace , is on 3 levels where we have chosen to combine some of its original features (tufo rocks and wooden beams) with more modern materials such as iron , wood and glass. The result is a rather quirky, but utterly unique and charming house.
There is a big open-space kitchen, a large dining room (9 seats),a large living room. Luxury, comfort and design are the main features of the house.

Golf: Near to Sutri there are two famous and spectacular golf courses: Olgiata (10Km); Le Querce-Sutri (3 km).

es war ein toller Urlaub dank dieser Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich , durch die versch. Ebenen gut aufgeteilt u sehr schön gestaltet. Wir haben viel gekocht und die Terrasse ist auch wunderschön. Es haben nur scharfe Messer gefehlt ;) wer es ganz ruhig braucht dem ist es vielleicht etwas zu laut unterhalb verläuft direkt eine befahrene Straße. Für uns war es Ok da alles andere so toll war und wichtig ist vielleicht, dass ein Zimmer kein Fenster hat. Der Ort ist wunderschön und von dort aus konnten wir wirklich tolle Touren machen und haben sehr viel interessante Städte gesehen Seen und das Meer. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Great Location

Property was a little difficult to find with no clear instructions given as to how to get there. However we were able to call Daniela who came and guided us there. The property is spread over 4 floors and stairs may be an issue for some. However inside it was beautiful and all amenities were provided. Car parking is available two minutes away as is the Piazza which has some shops, restaurants and cafes.

Liebevoll renovierte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist größtenteils sehr schön renoviert worden. Die Terrasse ist groß und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass kein Zimmer ohne Treppen zu erreichen ist. Für uns war das ok, aber für Menschen mit Einschränkungen könnte es problematisch werden. Die Wohnung ist mehr als ausreichend eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts.

An Italian dream!

Sutri is a wonderful little town! The Appartment was well equipped it was a great place to spend time with the family. The quirky layout was great for us adults I don’t think it’s the best place for families with small children. Views are stunning!

Meraviglioso!

Pulizia perfetta e tutto il necessario per vivere una bellissima esperienza in una zona favolosa. Antonio è stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato a rendere il nostro soggiorno molto positivo. Sempre disponibile a consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Un esperienza senza dubbio da ripetere.

belle maison pour un séjour en famille

maison très agréable située au coeur d'une petite ville médiévale très sympa et d'une belle région. nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur la campagne environnante. L'équipement de la maison est correct mais il manquait le micro ondes annoncé dans le descriptif et l'accès internet était plutôt très limité. La personne qui nous a reçus est disponible, sympathique et serviable. Les commerçes sont nombreux et les restaurants de bonne qualité. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème

A little gem

Such a lovely house, well equipped and located in the quirky town of Sutri. There's always something happening in Sutri and for this stay it was a medieval festival! Very friendly town and not far from two volcanic lakes which are excellent to swim in. Have stayed in this house four times now and have never been disappointed.

beautiful location, lovely place to stay

We were on a summer holiday and the place is set in a nice medieval landscape for four nights. The grounds are lovely and the rooms and patios are attractive, overlooking over towards an open countryside, a nice view in the morning. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom worked and the room was clean but the lighting was good enough for reading at night. The Sutri home is not far from the town centre so it is too convenient for us. We found the walk to town centre not too long and the return is fast! There is a bus that goes to nearby towns like Viterbo for sightseeing because we were out all day every day. Drinks were very reasonably priced and we enjoyed dinners in the town centre as they were attractive and tasty. Sutri is a super historical town with lots to see and I would choose the Sutri home again next year.

15 jours de bonheur

Maison charmante ,environnement agréable.maison idéalement située au centre du village historique (habitant charmant commerce extra) je vous recomande la tratoria sur la place ainsi que la gelato tenue par Enzo depuis plus de 40ans .la maison est idéal pour découvrir des villages médiéval vertibo ne pi Bracciano .je vous recommande l utilisation du bus et train pour vous déplacer( place popolo a Rome en 1 h 20) de plus cela de faire de belle rencontre avec la populations.que dire de la maison vue magnifique sur la campagne couché et levé de soleil.en résumé nous avons découvert une magnifique régions et fait de belle rencontre comme Enzo ou nos petite mamie nous ramenant des oeufs frais si vous chercher un endroit pour vous imerger dans la culture italienne su tri est l endroit idéale de plus vous pourrez découvrir Rome .cordialement la famille Blouin Dumas Blandin

toll toll toll, aber

Sutri sit ein Traum, das haus selsbt & die terasse sind ein traum - sehr sehr schmal, viel treppen, aber sehr geschmackssicher gemacht, fantastische ausblicke, und nur 1 minute vom dorfplaz im alten zentrum, man fühlt sich sehr mitten drin. aber: die vielbefahrene umgehungsstrasse laeuft direkt unterhalb des hauses vorbei - wenn auch 20 meter unterhalb, weil es so hoch in der stadtmauer gelegen ist. man hoert also immer autos. trotzdem: unsere schönste station auf unserem 4wöchigen italientrip.
