You're a 2 minute walk from the private Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island! Walk right (south) out the front door, turn right and then you're just 62 steps to the Gulf of Mexico.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children in its 4 large bedrooms. The floor plan is family-friendly with bedrooms split 2 & 2 and paired with a bathroom on opposite ends of the house with a pocket door for additional privacy. You and the kids will love the private heated saltwater pool in the lush, tropical backyard. Head across the street to the stunning white-sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico -- one of three gorgeous beaches on Anna Maria Island. Don't be surprised if you see dolphins or even some manatee swim by!

We offer contactless keypad check-in (you'll receive a code to open/lock door). Other than food/drinks, we'll supply just about everything you'll need: a fully-stocked kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, coffee, spices, air fryer, waffle maker, blender, washer/dryer, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, free Wifi, cable TV, & a vinyl turntable with blue-tooth capabilities. There's also a canopy tent, Pack 'n Play, high chair, and booster seat along with a giant chalkboard in the kids' room.

You're beach-ready: just load our beach chairs & towels into our handy wagon for an easy 2-minute walk to the private beach.

Small & medium-sized dogs under 50 lbs. only are welcome with a non-refundable $100 fee. (Please note: there are no exceptions for dogs over 50 lbs.)

The local Publix grocery store, Walgreens and CVS are less than a mile away along with numerous restaurants and bars. Find a list of our favorites at the house.

Hop aboard the FREE air-conditioned trolley that runs throughout Anna Maria Island and go exploring. If you're out late, call the Monkey Bus for a ride around the island.

Check out Tampa Bay from the Anna Maria Island City Pier. Fish off Rod & Reel Pier, shop at Pine Avenue boutiques & dine at The Sand Bar. Choose homemade donuts from The Donut Experiment or enjoy a romantic dinner at The Waterfront Restaurant. Neighboring Holmes Beach features more dining options: The Ugly Grouper, Feast and Isola Bella. Sip on craft cocktails at The Doctor's Office (an old doctor's office-turned-craft cocktail bar). Paradise

Our 1 week stay in Anna Maria Island was perfect thanks to this amazing property. Our accommodation was a true gem that exceeded all expectations. We have stayed at many rentals and this one tops our list. The house was stocked with everything you need for the beach, pool and kitchen. The location was perfect--2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was never overcrowded. The whole family loved the pool each day. We grilled out 5 nights on a great Weber gas grill. The check in/check out was seamless. Couldn't recommend this rental more!

Wonderful trip!

Todd was very quick to respond. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The area is a very short walk to the beach. It was in a quiet area, but close to everything as well. We will be back!

Nice Beach Vacation for Adults & Kids

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was onsite that we could ask for to accommodate kids (pack n play, stroller, beach wagon, pool/beach toys, floaties/life jackets) along with gated property and gated access to pool. This was a huge win when with children. The pool area itself was vey nice and we spent many hours out there. At any point, we could also easily pack the wagon onsite with chairs, umbrellas, shade tents, coolers and beach toys (that are all provided at the property) to make a quick trip over to the beach. The beach area was well taken care of, not overly populated and sand at the beach was soft. We were also a short walk away from downtown shops and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. A very nice place where we could all enjoy some family time, spend time having fun in the sun at the pool and the beach, and rest peacefully at night. The beds were comfortable, there was a washer and dryer onsite, and all the extras (soaps, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, towels) were included. The only minor downfall we experienced was upon booking the propety was listed as having a spa, but the owner was quick to respond and confirm otherwise and immediately updated the property details. I would easily recommend this place for anyone - adults, kids, family, friends. A great stay !

Sunshine Break from the Winter Doldrums!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay!! The living area was much bigger than appears in the online photos. The three of us were able to get quite comfortable without any problem the few times we sat down to watch a movie! The outdoor pool and dining areas are very nice and feel very private, we loved the lights in the trees and the disco front door light was great! We felt like we were in the middle of everything, the beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and it is easy to get to Longboat Key, Bradenton, and all the lovely shops and restaurants on Anna Maria.The house was comfortable, well appointed and decorated beautifully. Todd was immediately responsive to any questions and we could not have asked for a better host. We are already looking forward to our visit next year!! Thanks!!

Good stay

We enjoyed a stayed here over Thanksgiving. The walk to the beach was easy with young kids and the wagon for beach chairs and toys was much appreciated! The pool area was probably one of our favorite features of the property. It was nice to enjoy the pool without others invading your space. All in all, it was a great house for our family to enjoy. I do think some of the rugs in the home could be cleaned or replaced, but that didn’t affect our stay so I didn’t remove any stars for it. Check out instructions were fairly simple and did not feel overwhelming.

Great family vacation house!

This house was PERFECT! great location on the island; short walk to the beach; great pool. This single story house was perfect for our family, being all in one level was great. We have a 1 year old and it had everything we needed for him! Todd was a great property manager and responded to anything we needed (which honestly was really nothing!) Our family will definitely be back to this house in the future!

Perfect location and space!

We stayed wirh another family- 7 in total and Yacht Rock Ranch was the perfect spot for us! The house is exactly as pictured. The pool was fantastic; it gets shade from about 4pm on this time of year. The beach is as close as the listing states and no long path once you go through the access point. Todd was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have picked a better property for our trip to paradise!

We are hooked!

We had the pleasure of staying at Todd's home for the week of Easter 2023. We were a family of four, with two boys ages, 8 and 6. We needed the extra space because my husband was working for a few days during our stay. The front bedroom with a desk was perfect, and allowed him to be closed off from us when needed. The beach was an easy stroll from the house. The area itself is absolutely stunning. The beaches are clean, the water is clear and aquamarine in color. Many times I thought we were in the Carribean. The house had everything we needed, to include spices, popcorn, tea, and other kitchen cabinet items possibly left by prior guests, which was very helpful. The owner provided top of the line shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and a basket full of everything that you might have forgotten, to include new toothbrushes. Beach towels, chairs, and toys were also provided. Cable, with every channel imaginable was included. We don't have cabel at home, so we were excited to have the opportunity to catch up on some shows. Communication with Todd was easy. He responded immediately to any questions we had. We wanted to return next year during the same week, but unfortunately it was already booked. We will return!!!

Beautiful house by the beach

We were a 3-generation family of 8, including a toddler. The yacht rock ranch was the perfect setting for a family vacation at the beach. The beach is a short walk from the house and is on a quiet stretch of Bradenton Beach. The pool and deck were even better than the pictures with plenty of seating. The house is stocked with everything needed for the beach and the wagon was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked too, and the house came with almost everything needed for the baby, which was so convenient. The AC worked well for our family. Our one complaint was that the pillows and bedding could use a refresh and the queen bed seemed less comfortable than the rest, but everything was functional. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Rental was perfect for three families plus grandkids.

Todd was a very gracious, helpful host, and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We had a 7th month old up to a 72 year old and the rental, proximity to the beach were perfect. As was the pool !!

Property is absolutely perfect, easy beach access. Owners checked on our arrival and checkout. The house is all equipped, you forget sone no worries they got you covered. Plus there’s beach supplies for you. Pool is beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful stay and place!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. The house was everything described and then some. I have never worked with an owner that communicates so quickly and was so helpful. The house was fully stocked for all needs and included everything you need for the beach. Last, is that pool and deck. We fell in love with that area and never wanted to leave. Absolutely wonderful.

Great location

2 minute walk to the beach. The backyard pool was wonderful. Private and protected by lush vegetation. We spent most of our afternoons enjoying the pool. House was very comfortable and was perfect for the 5 adults' and 2 children. Todd was very responsive whenever I had a question and to illustrate that we had a minor issue with the A/C in the house. He had a technician there within 90 minutes of the problem, at 9:30 pm no less. Would highly recommend the home. Todd is a great host. We had a very memorable vacation.

Golden Girls Getaway

There is not a single bad thing that can be said about the property! We had the BEST time on our Girls Getaway!! The pool/backyard area was perfect, the proximity to the beach was perfect, the amount of space in the house was perfect, the distance to restaurants and shopping was perfect! Todd reached out to check on us a few times which was much appreciated. We had an issue with our pool filter but Todd was right on top of it when I texted him. I wish the town would put a crosswalk in to make getting across to the beach a little safer, but overall we had a perfect trip!! Thanks so much, Todd for letting us stay at Yacht Rock Ranch! We made some amazing memories and can't wait to come back to AMI!!

Oasis -only steps from the beach

This house was amazing! It was exactly as advertised and everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. The backyard is a beautiful oasis surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The pool was perfect. We enjoyed our time both on the beach and around the pool. Every morning we would walk on the beach at sunrise and a few evenings we planned dinner so we could watch the sunset from the beach. Anna Maria Island is a lovely vacation spot and this house made it even more special.

About the host

After years of vacationing to Bradenton and nearby Sarasota, our family purchased the property in 2018. We renovated the kitchen and primary bedroom, updated both bathrooms and added new hardwood floors in the kitchen, primary bathroom and bedrooms.

Why they chose this property

The is our "happy place". We've vacationed in Bradenton/Sarasota since the '90s and chose the charming Yacht Rock Ranch for its location (less than 2 minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico!) and its ability to host our entire family. We updated it to be a relaxed, chic, family-friendly vacation home. Our goal is to make our guests share that feeling at the Yacht Rock Ranch.

--P.S. Play some of our old vinyl to play and relax in our private tropical backyard. Nothing says Classic Florida like a cool drink and smooth tunes while lounging in our heated pool :-)

What makes this property unique

Our location to the Gulf is a HUGE plus! Anna Maria Island has managed to retain the charm of old-school, laid-back Florida. You won't find high-rise condos or shopping malls on the Island, but you will find numerous locally-owned restaurants and shops nestled along the sugar-white beaches & emerald gulf waters. Take in the sunrise overlooking Tampa Bay in the morning and an unforgettable sunset on the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. The free Trolley travels the length of this beautiful 7 mile island with stops every couple blocks. Just look for the green signs.
