Your location is on the 2nd floor of a 2 floor condominium complex, on the corner of 9th and Pacific, backing right up to Atlantic Avenue! Rudee Inlet, Grommet’s Park, restaurants, shops and even the amusement park, are all either around the corner, or just a very short walk away! Plus, the Front door has a coded lock for easy self check-in, and a key free stay! A well equipped full sized kitchen, including a dishwasher and lots of little kitchen extras, makes cooking meals welcoming and user friendly! A Large 50” mounted Roku Flat Screen TV is in living room & a smaller flat screen TV is in the master bedroom, both with cable and HBO. Fluffy bath towel sets are provided, and beds will be freshly made and waiting for your arrival. (There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double and a single bed are in the second bedroom.) Dishwasher pods, liquid dish & hand soap, kitchen towels, and starter packs of paper products are all provided. Just bring your own shampoo! A convenient coin or App laundry is on the 1st floor of the complex, and one assigned off street parking space is included. (For an additional car or for visitors, a reasonably priced hourly and overnight parking deck can be found conveniently across the street at the 9th Street parking garage.)
