There is a gas grill on the front porch, ideal for cooking hot dogs or burgers on sunny summer days. The third-floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or having an al fresco lunch with your friends and family! Use the provided Keurig K-Cup coffee maker to make the perfect brew every morning.

You and your guests will sleep soundly during your stay, thanks to the brand-new mattresses! The king bed in the master suite and the queen in the guest room each have upgraded Beauty Rest pillow tops for ultimate comfort and relaxation. If you're arriving at either the Denver or Eagle airport, you can take a shuttle directly to the complex. Another local shuttle provides transportation to the nearby ski areas, including Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, and Vail. If you want to try your luck, take a shuttle to historic Black Hawk and Central City for a little bit of gambling. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
