The good: the view, listening to the ocean, easy beach access, cozy balcony chairs (and table and towel rack), big comfy couch, open living area, kitchen is well-stocked, puzzle table (dining table), comfy beds, two bathrooms, drawers and closets for clothes, lots of outlets, strong wi-fi, thermostat temperature control, tv's, shower pressure and hot water, washer/dryer, communication with host, easy check-out procedures, luggage carts, and elevators.
The not-so-good: dark (despite lots of lamps), no fans, maze-like hall between bedrooms, beds are a little unstable, bringing our own linens, check-in at front desk, purchase parking pass ($80) at a separate front desk (no matter how long the stay), assigned parking, pool was closed, two (of four) elevators didn't work, alarm went off one morning (also a good thing!) and had to evacuate (officer said it happens at a lot of places on windy days),
Note: We were only there for three nights during the week in mid-May, so it was a short, off-season stay with low occupancy.
