Condo #03 is a partial ocean view located on the lower level just steps away from the pool, lawn area, barbecue grills and sandy beach. The furnished lanai has a partial ocean view for you to enjoy. This condo will sleep 4 comfortably with a Queen Size Bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious living room, tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian theme, includes a large flat screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with updated appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Also included with this unit is a safe, cooler, beach chairs and assorted cookware and dishes. There is a split system A/C unit and a ceiling fan is both the living room and the bedroom. Parking is complimentary and WIFI is unlimited. Condo #03 is part of the Kihei Kai Rental Association which has an on-site office and an after-hour phone number for your convenience.

Welcome to our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, partial ocean view condo. Our condo has a kitchen with granite slab countertops and all brand newer appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove). 1 bedroom with king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam 3 inch topper (sleeps 4), bath and beach towels, and all linens are provided. In room safe for your use. For your comfort the condo has brand new air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, flat screen Sony smart TV and FREE WiFi.
