Vista Cay resort Orlando~Newly renovated~3/3.5 Townhouse~sleeps 10!

Tropical Paradise is everything you want in a vacation rental. This end-unit luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise.

Recently, the entire interior of the house was painted, brand-new living room furniture, new beds and comforters in all bedrooms and new carpeting throughout.

The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely dining table that seats six.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new appliances purchased and installed in April 2017 in addition to a brand-new washer & dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.

The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it's own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a king bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks. All bedrooms have their own adjoining private baths, so everyone can enjoy privacy and have plenty of space.

The living area also holds a queen sofa sleeper, allowing Tropical Paradise to sleep up to 10 guests.

Also an attached one-car garage included and located next to extra parking, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking for multiple vehicles.

Townhouse is walking distance to the resort clubhouse and all amenities.

Great stay and walkable to convention
Great space, very convenient to the convention center. Kids really enjoyed the pool and game room at the club house. You can walk to a grocery store, brewpub, and several restaurants. You can see the new Universal park going up across the street. We had a little confusion on check in that the management company didn't send us our door code, but that was the only hiccup. The owner made sure we were taken care of after that.

Felt like home right near OCCC
We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Very clean! The best part is that it’s 4-7 minutes away from the Convention Center. We went for a cheer competition and it was great getting the girls ready in the morning since every room has its own bath. Publix and other great amenities are right around the corner! We will definitely be booking again!

The property was as shown in the online pics, clean & neat. All comp supplies and clean linens provided. Semi quick response from property mgmt when we had an issue with the clothes dryer not working, but got resolved. Disappointed that the pool was not available during our stay, no mention of this issue by owner prior to our arrival.

Location to Universal was great! Surrounding area was nice with lots of conveniences like Publix, Walgreens, and Dunkin within walking distance.Property looked great in photos and the space was very large and accommodating for our family. It was clean but when you looked closely the property looked like it was in pretty rough shape; chipping paint, wobbly and broken furniture, and low quality linens (towels and bedding).I did not receive check in directions on the app or via email as VRBO suggested a few days out. As we were *one hour* from check in, I was frantically trying to message the owner through the app and spent almost 20 minutes with customer support— all while driving to our vacation/property. There were also no clear instructions about the checkout expectations and we didn’t know if we were supposed to take out any trash or do anything special with the kitchen or used linens. Overall the place was adequate but I’ll likely not book again with VRBO in the future.

The property is located in an accessible area and in a gated community. The unit wlas clean and nicely set up. The master bedroom and bathroom on the ground level is a nice size. However, it feels like a basement bedroom and the bed itself was extremely hard and the pillows flat as pancakes. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. pancakes.

Nice property, very clean.
Enjoyed the townhouse, it fit us perfectly. Would have liked softer towels. Minor issue with garbage disposal but it did not damper our stay or enjoyment. Pool area was under construction, which we were not expecting. Clouds out anyway so we wouldn't have gone.

I recommend this townhouse and would stay here again. It was clean and in a perfect location for going to the airport and amusement parks. Communication with property owner was excellent. Only issue is the WiFi information in the kitchen isn’t correct but it is correct in the information Pam (home owner) sends you before check in.

The townhouse was exactly as advertised. If climbing three flights of stairs is a bit much, this unit is not for you as it became a bit tiring for the older persons. Near to major supermarket, theme parks etc. The duvets on the twin beds needs to be changed as they had stains on them.

Nice place overall with plenty of room and close to Universal and other attractions. Check in was a bit confusing due to contact with the property owner and seperate contact with the property managers. But all worked out in the end and had no major issues. We would recommend sraying again

Great condo near the convention center
We stayed here in July for and event at the convention center. This property is great because it walking distance to the convention center, a grocery store and several restaurants. The amenities are great like the pool, playground, clubhouse and workout facilities. The condo was clean and as presented. Loved having three bathrooms, essentially a bathroom for every room. Shared with other families and had a great time.
