This 2015 Vacation Retreat is nestled in the Columbia Falls area centered perfectly for exploring the Flathead Valley. This home away from home has views of the Flathead River and the gorgeous Swan Mountain Range from the front deck! The Cedar Pointe Community is the new pinnacle of living in the Glacier Gateway area, with beautiful on site nature trails that lead straight to the river. There is room for corn hole game in front side yard and a public boat launch only 10 minutes down the road. The home places the explorer within short distance of countless opportunities for adventure and new memories.

Cozy/Relax House

Charlotte was an amazing host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay in Montana was perfect. She regularly checked in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, from helpful tips on local attractions to cozy amenities in our accommodations. Her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks to her attention to detail, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the area without any worries! I would like to come back and book with Charlotte.

Great home near GNP

This was a great property located closely to the west side of Glacier National park. Very clean, and the owners were friendly and very knowledgeable! We had 7 adults there with plenty of room for all of us. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Home

Charlotte and Peter’s home is one of the best vacation homes we have rented. We spent a week in Columbia Falls as our home base for exploring Glacier National Park and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. The checkin process was easy, and Charlotte, Peter, and their niece, Jacqueline, were very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Wedding week

My family had a great time in Columbia Falls. The townhome we stayed at was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts are so nice and helpful. A lot of thought has been put into what a family may need when staying at this townhome. Our daughter got married in Glacier National Park. Staying in Columbia Fall gave us easy access to a lot of fun activities. We spent our days in Big Fork, White Fish and Glacier National Park. Thank you for your hospitality !!! We highly recommend this Vrbo!!

This might be the best hosts on VRBO

Charlotte and Pete are simply put, the nicest people in Montana. Usually when checking in to a VRBO you're met with a cold lock box or a the mechanical wizzing of a smart lock. Not here, immediately our gracious host welcomed us with warm smiles and even hugs! When we entered the house, literature and pamphlets we spread across the dinning tables and Pete filled us in on all of the exciting things in the area including the best restaurants. Charlotte followed up with a quick tour of the house and assured us over and over again she was here to make us as comfortable as possible! They are both so sweet and want you to have the best experience possible. They even helped provide us with bear spray and a cooler for our adventures into GNP! When it was time to leave they even offered to store our bags in their garage until our next rental was available. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly new construction. The home inside is beautiful and modern but not lacking traditional charm. The beds and pillows are comfortable, they even provided us with streaming services during our stay so we could unwind at night. If given the opportunity we would not hesitate to stay again. If you are coming to GNP this is the first place you should consider.

Great place

Could not ask for better place and the hospitality that was shown to us by Charlotte and Pete. They had all information we needed for activities and local restaurants. They gave great information on park and best sites to see. It was like having your own travel agent next door. Very Comfortable Stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable and the owners were very attentive to our needs, they even supplied us with bear spray, & cooler they also had walking sticks. If we are able to go back one day hope to be able to stay here again.

Extremely well stocked and very clean. It had everything we could ever use and was clean, clean, clean. Beds were very comfortable and I can not recommend the location. 15 minutes to the park, a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the farmers market, walking trails just out the door. Really nice property

Comfy, convenient and quiet.

In our group we had five adults and two children. From the beginning Pete and Charlotte were extremely friendly. We have been in contact since we booked our stay. They welcomed us upon our arrival and gave us plenty of kind suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. This house had plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need! They also provided us with bear spray, umbrellas, walking sticks and even a cooler! This was extremely helpful as we flew and could not bring these things ourselves. They had Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus, which the kids really enjoyed, as well as their large game selection. The parking easily fit both of our cars. We were also 15ish minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park, which was the main reason for us being in Montana. I cannot recommend this place enough! The furniture and beds were comfy, which after a long day of hiking was great! We will definitely be back!

Grandson’s graduation trip

Charlotte and Pete have a wonderful home very centrally located for all things Glacier Nat Park! It fit our needs perfectly plus all the additional items included in the rental were very much appreciated! A cooler with plenty of frozen water bottles made picnics a breeze. All paper products were included so no need to stock up on TP, tissues or paper towels. Also plenty of bear spray canisters to take on hikes! A big supply of coffee and filters, tea bags and water in the fridge were much appreciated! Beds and pillows were better than what we have at home! Plenty of towels! Tons of brochures about activities, trails and park info made for planning of day trips super easy. Charlotte and Pete were very helpful with questions we had about the area and we all thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them. Friendly and there when you needed something but they gave us our privacy too. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Best vrbo stay we’ve ever had!

This rental was clean, comfortable, convenient, and classy! Everything was provided for such as coffee and filters, spices, bear spray, bug repellent, cooler, drinking water, pillows of different support, maps and brochures galore, air conditioning, hiking poles, umbrellas, all soaps and shampoos, even toilet paper and paper towels and Kleenex. The decorating was spot on (no hand me down furniture here!), the unit was very quiet, and the extra powder room downstairs was so handy. The bedrooms have room-darkening blinds and the mattresses feel new with great support. Plenty of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby all within walking distance (we did walk to downtown easily). All three couples enjoyed coming home to this comfy space after a busy day hiking and exploring. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Book it now. Three bedrooms fit three couples beautifully, room for another as there’s a bed on the landing if you don’t mind that. The hosts were so helpful, they seem to really care about their guests. Thanks for helping to make this our best vacation yet!

The hosts had all local activities displayed for us to easily find things to do while we were there. All rooms were well equipped and very clean. The owner stayed in the house beside of us and visited us every day to ensure we were having a good time.

We enjoyed our time at the river retreat! The check in process was easy and the hosts were very informative and helpful for us to understand all the features of the home. The house was as advertised and very clean, updated, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the river is just a few minutes walk from the home. All you need!

Beautifully home, safely nestled in a lovely, restful neighborhood. Hosts are kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Located within walking distance to Montana Coffee Company and short drive to nearby stores in town and not too far from West Glacier. Absolutely love it - if looking for modern, comfortable and relaxing home away from home with excellent hosts- it’s all you need !

Family Vacation at GNP

We enjoyed our stay at Charlotte and Peter's house. The location was perfect for frequent trips into the park. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. The hosts were responsive and friendly. They went over and above by providing bear spray, water, a cooler, bug spray, and sunscreen for us. Beautiful peaceful retreat!

Property managers were on site with loads of helpful tips for the Glacier area. The town is located between Whitefish and the National park. Prime location! Walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop! Wonderful week away.

Relaxing!

We loved staying at this property. It was in the perfect location to head to GNP, Whitefish, and Kalispell. We stayed with our family of 4 with 2 kids and my parents. The owners stay in the duplex next door but you don't hear a thing and apparently they don't hear us! My kids wanted to play dominos late one evening and we got worried about the noise but Charlotte assured us that they hear nothing. The property is so well insulated that we didn't even hear anything downstairs from our rooms upstairs. It was wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We were able to grill, roast ribs, have pizzas and a taco night with no issues. It is a very well cared for property that they use themselves in the off season. Each bed is different so you can choose your comfort level which was a plus. In the pantry there was all kinds of things that were nice to have for people flying in. There was bear spray, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. There are games like dominos and reverse Uno, which was a big hit with our kids. Overall, we all agreed that we would definitely stay here again on another trip. It was peaceful and comfortable which made for a great family vacation.
