Great condo!

The condo made the vacation great! The place was as described and the pictures were relevant. The balcony over looking the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise, get some morning sun or enjoy a drink in the evenings. You couldn’t ask for a better location with bay and beach sights!

Family vacation

Absolutely a must stay! This condo does not disappoint awesome ocean and bay views! We saw dolphins ever morning feeding from the ocean side Balcony. Very roomy and spacious! We definitely enjoyed our stay at this place.

Fabulous

Condo is beautiful and comfortable. It was ideal for two couples as we each had our own bedroom with attached bathrooms. The kitchen/living room floorplan is open which allows for a view of the ocean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all manner of plates, glasses, cookware, storageware etc. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

The place was very clean. Glad there was access to the washer and dryer, especially for drying towel

Fabulous, 1st. Class Experience for 35th Anniversary

Everything was very smooth with Dana from beginning to end. The condo was well kept and very clean. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful and the best we have seen at sunrise and sunset.

Renting was an easy process and the owner of the property was great. The security/check in could have been better. The security officers at the front desk didn't communicate that well and confused us with the instructions we were already given to check in.

The property was lovely and the area it was in was excellent!!

The property was nice but the kitchen was a bit outdated and my son complained that the upstairs bedroom had terrible air conditioning ad the room was always warm!! Other than that , it was okay!!

My friend & I spent 3 nights in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level condo. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. It was very peaceful & quiet. The ocean view from the 19th floor did not disappoint! Got to see the sunrise from the one balcony and the sunset from the other balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. Dana was very responsive to all my questions and needs during our stay. Having the locker downstairs with beach chairs was great. I would highly recommend this condo. Lots of wonderful memories made!

Wonderful visit!

The condo was well-furnished and clean with beautiful views. It was also very quiet. We never heard the neighbors once. The building is in a good central location convenient to food and activities. We walked the beach every day. At night our favorite thing to do was to sit on the balcony, relax, and listen to the waves. Dana was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. First Condo Experience

My daughter, granddaughter and i spent four delightful days in this condo. It was indeed as described in promo and the location was amazing. I have to admit that I spent an appreciable amount of time on the little porch, watching the waves take away the worries of the world. The condo is SO well-maintained and decorated tastefully in a mermaid/ocean theme. There were jigsaw puzzles for the one rainy day and a case of bottled water in the frig. Thank you, hosts, for making this vacation spot available to us.

My husband and I, and our two sons have been vacationing in Ocean City for years, and in 2012 we decided to invest in a little piece of Heaven. We absolutely love the location, the spectacular view that this condo affords us, and the many activities around Ocean City. Whether we are in the mood to kick back with a glass of wine and take in the view, participate in the many family-friendly events and festivals that OC offers, or dance the night away in one of the fabulous nightclubs, there's always something for everyone. We hope to retire here some day!

Why they chose this property

This peaceful location is more 'family oriented' as it is situated a few miles from the boardwalk; however, it's just a short distance if you want to enjoy the nightlife, shopping and events that the boardwark affords! Walking distance from great beach bars and fabulous restaurants; across Coastal Highway from grocery store if you prefer to dine in.

What makes this property unique

Both bathrooms have been newly renovated with walk in showers, new cabinetry, chair-height toilets and beautiful granite and tile. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with an enlarged floor plan, upgraded cabinetry, blue pearl granite countertops, and new appliances.
