Weekend Getaway

A very cute property! Right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Being close to the boardwalk made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. Host was kind and accommodating.

Second Stay

This condo is in a great location. All of the necessities are provided. Ziva is an excellent host. This was our second year in a row renting this condo and we hope to be back again in the future.

My 5th or 6th time. Wonderful as usual

My yearly trip to Hollywood Beach and stay at Zivas place went great as usual. Great location and friendly neighbors. Beach is just across the boardwalk and big windows are great for watching occasional thunderstorms over the ocean.

It’s all about the views

Absolutely perfect location, everything you could possibly need was in the condo. We especially loved that it’s on the boardwalk/beach but a little ways away from all the noise of restaurants and bars. Everything was walking distance though, so it was perfect for us. We look forward to visiting again

Well stocked!

The condo had everything our family needed for an enjoyable week at the beach. Great views and excellent location on the quiet north end of the broadwalk. Beach was never crowded.

Gorgeous views from bedroom

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. It has everything you need in the condo for the beach. We loved it so much that we booked it for two weeks this summer!

Awesome 10+ Superb Friendly View Few steps to the beach

Everything you need and more!!! Best stay ever, Ziva is an awesome host She went above and beyond to make it a perfect week, The place is amazing great view few steps to beach, She has everything you need from chairs towels umbrella toys for kids Place is great. Would definitely recommend to everyone/ I had some issues walking but the view from the bed really was great when you don't go out, Thanks for everything Ziva you're an angel on earth. Amazing week.

Nice View

The view out the Master is insane!!! Place was nice, clean, and everything I saw. Ziva was so sweet, she left me some cookies and was always helpful if needed. Will be back and will stay here again.

Tropical paradise that feels private and luxurious

Absolutely everything we could’ve ever asked for! The apartment was clean and the location was right on the beach! This beach is very low-key, quiet, very old Florida feeling, and it gives you all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment you could ask for without all the crowds.

Perfect for our family of 4!

We loved staying here! We were right on the beach and everything was provided for us, chairs, umbrella, beach toys for the kids, all of it! When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Great place right on boardwalk

Our stay was perfect on quiet end of boardwalk. The place was perfect size for our family of 3. Ziva was great to respond quickly. Laundry is only quarters and there was a quarter shortage when we were there, make sure to bring quarters if doing laundry.

Nice stay, direct at the beach

We had a really nice stay. The flat was fully equipped. The view from our room was breathtaking. Also the location was very nice, quiet and very close to the beach. Ziva was a nice host and everytime available for us :)

Perfect beach getaway

We had a relaxing vacation on the gorgeous beach! Right on the beach and walkable to restaurants. The view from the giant window is beautiful. We didn't even have to worry about renting beach chairs & an umbrella, which was great since we flew there and didn't rent a car for the majority of the trip. Check in and check out was easy and the owner was available to answer any questions. Great stay!

Wonderful stay as usual

This is our second time staying at Zivas place. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful ocean view from big windows. Hollywood beach is only steps away. Quiet neighborhood and great location.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, quieter end of Broadwalk. Place was cute and comfy. I'd I stayed here again, I would rent a car. Nice that our host greeted us and gave us a welcome treat. 😊
