Beautiful Beach Front Condo, Deluxe Two Bedroom/Two Bath ( plus twin over full Bunk Space ) condominium on the fourth floor of Tower One at the famous Edgewater Beach Resort boasts spectacular gulf views over the signature 11,500 square foot Lagoon Pool and 1000 feet of white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach chairs are available for rent during season. While there are plenty of free poolside seating available, there are also cabanas and select pool loungers that are rentable on a daily basis. You MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. An updated parking policy has improved the parking place availability by limiting access to owners/rental guests. Two parking passes will be available with your reservation at no additional charge. A third pass may be purchased at a cost of $40.00. As per Edgewater Resort policy, No pets are allowed. This spacious floor plan includes over 1366 square feet of living space that is optimized to provide maximum views of the blue-green waters. Additionally, a generous private balcony is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, an intimate sunset dinner, or a glass of champagne under a moonlit sky. Master Bedroom includes King Size Bed and large walk in shower. Guest Bedroom includes 2 full size beds and full size bath room. Both bedrooms as well as living room have flat screen TV's. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and in the living room. Double / twin size bunk beds, if not needed disappear behind curtain.

The smoke-free / animal-free unit is tastefully decorated and equipped with every convenience you may need for your beach vacation. A fully equipped updated kitchen is available for a family dinner or you can enjoy fine dining at one of the many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the resort.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided as well as a start up of items such as paper towels, toilet paper and soaps. Bring extra's if you feel the need. Be sure to check out the guest closet for beach toys, floats and chairs. Keep in mind for your convenience a full size washer and dryer is located in your condo. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has several onsite amenities which include: Oceans Bar & Grill with large outdoor tiki bar, onsite, Edgie’s Corner Market, Starbucks, one half mile of powdery white private beach, eleven swimming pools throughout the Resort, including a Polynesian-style lagoon pool, which offers an 11,500 square foot open free-form surface area and elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself to include 45,000 square feet of deck space along with fiber optic lighting, seasonal beach and pool activities and entertainment, Kidz Klub’s activities, adult group/planned activities, golf--tee times, equipment/cart rental and lessons, Pickleball courts, eleven tennis courts--court times/equipment/rental and lessons, full outdoor basketball court, shuffleboard courts, four hot tubs, six reflecting ponds, weight room and aerobics studio, exercise classes, water sports, spa services, DVD rental (Club House), gated resort with 24 hour security services. Edgewater has a Splash Pad for children. It has over 1400 square feet of fun and includes 12 fountains and interactive water features. Children 10 years of age and under who are accompanied by an adult will have an exciting exclusive play area. Parents can either join in the fun or easily keep an eye on their kids from the surrounding sun decks. Pool cabanas, pool chairs(2)/table/umbrella setup, and beach chairs are available at a separate rental fee to rental guests.
