Newly Renovated studio apartment with full kitchen in East Quogue NY. 6 miles from the beach & 1 mile from stores & restaurants. Has all the amenities of home including a small yard area with bistro table.

Open and bright area perfect to relaxing after day at the beach. The 275 sq. ft. studio is a converted garage with it's own bathroom and full kitchen. Linens are included as well as dishes, utensils, pots & pans, dishtowels, potholders and coffee maker. A window A/C unit will be provided. There no washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat with wash/dry/fold services 1 mile down the road.

Private entrance and parking for 1 vehicle. Visitors must be limited.

The owner of the house lives on the premises with their two children. No pets. They have their own entrance.

This unit is perfect for that quiet, clean couple or single who wants a beach getaway to relax in. If you are looking for a party place, this unit is not the right fit for you.

6 miles from the beach & 1 mile from stores & restaurants. North Jones Rd. is a quiet dead end road. However, we are close to Montauk Hwy. Across Montauk Hwy. is Jones Rd., which is a large residential neighborhood with many walking opportunities. If walking the trails interests you, their is a trail that connects to a larger trail system just at the end of the block. There is a shopping center 3/4 mile up Montauk Hwy. We are a 3 minute walk away from North 1 Steakhouse and Centro, which are popular area restaurants.

The Hampton Jitney as well as the Suffolk County Bus system has a bus stop 1.7 miles up the road at the Macy's in Hampton Bays. The Speonk train stop on the LIRR is 9.7 miles away, but the Hampton Bays train stop on the LIRR is 2.2 miles away.

$65 cleaning fee will apply for each stay. A refundable security deposit will be collected upon booking and returned upon check out, pending there is no damage to the unit and items in the unit. Security Deposit is $500 for 3-7 day rentals, $1000 for 1 month rentals & $1500 for season long rentals. Longer rentals are preferred.

We welcome you and will do all we can to help you enjoy your stay. This is our home too. Guest are expected to treat their unit as they would their own home, with respect and care. Unit must be kept clean. A service fee of $65 per stay will apply for housekeeping of the unit. No Smoking. Quiet time must be respected after 9pm, as we have small children. No pets are allowed. Visitors are allowed, but must be limited to 1 or 2 guests at a time once or twice a week. Their is a parking space for 1 vehicle for your unit.
