Relax and enjoy the vacation of your dreams in front of one of the most photographed beaches in all of Ocean City NJ - America's Greatest Family Resort. Everything is beautifully furnished and provided inside and out so you can spend all your time relaxing and enjoying your family . The home is located in the prestigious south end of Ocean City just 6 houses from the most southern point giving you fabulous views and unmatched beauty. Relax on the large front porch in our white rockers and smell the surf. This 3 bedroom 2 bath room sleeps 9 comfortably. The master suite features a king bed with a private bath. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with a large closet. The third bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 sets of bunk beds. Amenities include: a brand new large flat screen TV and TV 's in every bedroom, an open floor plan for festive entertaining, a new private outside shower and changing room, beautiful band new block pavers around the entire property and driveway, decorative floral landscaping around property, paved block patio with outside grill and furniture, and a large outside storage facility for bicycles, chairs, umbrella's and all your beach toys. You are just steps to the beach and closer to the ocean than most of the properties in Ocean City ( many beach fronts have 2 sets of dunes and this property does not).
ONLY FULL WEEKS AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RENT PARTIAL WEEKS AFTER November 1st AND BEFORE FROM APRIL 15TH .

We loved being across the street from the beach. Sitting on the porch in the evening, listening to the ocean was really special. Mary is a great host--very responsive. The house is nice and clean. The kitchen is updated. The only thing missing for us was a sharp knife and a blender.

House was very clean. Just as pictured. The location was amazing. Just across the street and you’re at a very nice beach. Check in was very easy and owner responded promptly to all questions I had about the house before I even booked the house. Great location; great stay. Property is literally a walk across the street to the beach so if you want easy beach access, this is the place. We had 5 people staying on 1st floor and was very comfortable. Pet friendly which we appreciated.

Stayed for a long weekend in January and the property was fantastic! As close to the beach as you can get in OCNJ. Check in/out and general communication was great and I would absolutely stay here again. A great spot all year round.

Relaxing spot to get away
We rented this property off season and it was wonderful. The property was spotless and had everything you could ever want for a relaxing weekend. My toddler had no problem navigating it and my dogs were also comfortable. It is directly across from the ocean and had walking distance access to the state park. We would not hesitate to rent it again. Thank you!

Perfect Thanksgiving!
This house is located in south Ocean City, New Jersey. The house was spotless and every kitchen gadget imaginable was on hand. Many blankets and pillows are provided and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The beach is right across the street. My family and I had a great Thanksgiving here. The property was well maintained and clean. Nice being south away from crowds. Would stay again.
Nice, friendly area. Neighbors were also friendly. Dog park was nice that visitors could use for small fee with town. There is also free area north end of town for dogs. Rented boat in bay for the day, and jet skis. Kitchen well equipped and new BBQ grill. Plenty of restaurants in the area also. Plan on staying again next year.

Beautiful on the inside, and outside!
Location is fantastic, with the beach right outside you door. It's quiet at the south end of OC, just the way we like it. Accommodations were super: A/C, kitchen utensils, plenty of menus to call for take out, beach chairs available, great deck and patio for sunset/sunrise drinks and relaxing.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect location in the prestigious south end away from the noise and congestion downtown. You can drive to the board walk in minutes but don't have to put up with it. The south end features beautiful large beaches with Corsen's Inlet State Park and all its wildlife where you do not need a beach tag.
