Come visit this gorgeous 7 bedroom, 7 bath waterfront home in the premier community of Noah’s Landing on the Private side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the exquisite views from every bedroom. Relax in the spacious 2-story great room with lots of seating and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen easily accommodates large groups with two sinks, two ovens, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two refrigerators. Other highlights include the walk-in pantry and a total of 80 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer space (three refrigerator/freezers to keep everything cold!). There is a breakfast bar for added seating as well as an octagonal breakfast nook with a panoramic view. For your outdoor enjoyment we have a private beach (natural sand in the water & gentle slope), covered pier with a third screened in porch (two on the house) & huge sun decks, large gas grill, large sand volleyball court, horseshoes, play set, tetherball, foosball, ping pong, waterslides, and half-court basketball area.
Five bedrooms boast a sleep number KING-sized bed. Three Master bedrooms have a private bath and HDTV. There are two entertainment centers and a theatre room with 1080p HD screens ranging from 50” to over 120”, all include surround sound. Recreational areas include the adult great room, children's play room, enclosed outdoor ping pong table, outdoor sand volleyball court, and tetherball area. The children's game room includes three 24' HDTVs with ATARI style multi-game controllers, an air-hockey table, foosball table, board games, books, doll house, kitchen set, and Legos. The lower level game room is perfect for the adults with a wet bar, fireplace, pool table, large HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a large poker/game table.
Weddings/Receptions: We do not cater to weddings or receptions on the property. If you are interested in housing your wedding guests with us, please send an inquiry. We have two houses within .5 miles of each other that can sleep up to 24 people each.
Please note that we do not rent to College students/organizations or anyone under the age of 25.

Christmas Family Reunion

We had a fantastic time at Promise Point at an extended family Christmas! This was our second time staying, and even though we've added family members since our stay in 2020, there was still plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed playing pool and poker, cooking together in the kitchen, gathering in the large living room for family singalongs, and enjoying s'mores by the fire pit. Some of our younger guests even did a polar plunge. We loved our time together and are looking at possibly booking a summertime trip down the road to enjoy all the lake amenities. Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

Found family annual vaca!

Our group has been doing yearly “cabin weekends” for the last ten years and it now includes kiddos. The house is massive and had so much space for all the different friends and families to spread out. It had tons of games and kid-friendly activities, so much so that we curtailed our plans to explore a local vineyard so we could just play all together in the backyard! We loved it and will probably be back again next year!

If you're looking for a great stay on Lake Anna- look no farther! We had a great experience and the hosts are awesome, we really enjoyed the house. Beautiful location, great amenities, the dock was awesome, and the fire pit was lots of fun! It couldn't have been better.

Summer 2024

Large group of 17, everyone’s first time at Lake Anna… We are in love! This house is situated perfectly in a small private cove, which gave us such peace of mind for our kids swimming in the lake. All communication to the owners and the property manager was extremely efficient and thorough. We brought two jet skis which fit at the dock perfectly, in addition to the pontoon boat we rented for the week. Definitely a vacation to remember!

Everything we needed!

This was a Family Reunion - with 5 children ages 2 months up to 8 years old, young adults from 24 years old up to 35 and then the rest adults up to 90! We had 20 + people including the children. The house was comfortable, outfitted well and equipped for everyone. The enclosed porches and outdoor areas were great and so much fun! We never had to leave the premises!

Amazing Waterfront Home

We had an amazing time with a few families for a long summer weekend. This home has everything you need and truly gorgeous views of the lake. The huge screened in porch was an extra bonus. We were planning to rent a boat but decided against it since the ho use had so much to offer. The slide kept our kids entertained as well as the large deck where they caught tons of fish. The rooms and kitchen were spacious. We had a blast and would definitely return.

Beautiful and Spacious!

We had an awesome extended-family weekend at Promise Point! Our favorite thing about this house was that all beds were king size (besides the bunk room where we put the kids), so we all slept so well despite being a large group! Beautiful views and lake swimming, great communication from the Property Manager. We hope to book again! :)

Another great stay at Promise Point

This was our third year back at Promise Point and we had a great time. Played a bunch of basketball, volleyball, pool, poker, and all sorts of games, got some rowing time out on the water, relaxed in the movie room, made smores at the firepit, and just relaxed together in the comfort of the house. Noticed a few upgrades this year, which was nice. No issues at all. Love this place!

Beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed this lake home. We had five families come for a reunion and it was a great spot for a large gathering. The house is so well equipped, especially for families. Winter or Summer, there is plenty to do in any season! The location is fantastic and the lake views amazing.

Stayed here for a week with family and friends. We had a great time! Jeff was very easy to get a hold of for any questions. The house was great. Amazing location. Very quiet at night. This is our second time renting from them and we can’t wait to go back again!

Stayed at Promise Point for our second time. It's becoming an annual tradition for our family. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed getting out on the lake and then unwinding in the theater room. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great house, Great team

Promise Point is a great house for a large group looking for a place to get together without being cramped and on top of each other the whole time. We appreciated the separate bedrooms and the large sitting area on the first floor. The owners and property manager respond quickly to messages and are super easy to work with. There's a grocery/convenience store 5 minutes away, which is not always the case around lake anna.

A wonderful week on the lake!

Due to Covid, our family had not been together for a family vacation for quite some time. Because we have a new born in the family, we needed a destination that was close to the Richmond area. We are a family of boaters, wakeboarders, skiers and nature lovers. Discovering Promise Point met all our destination requirements and far exceeded our expectations. The house and property were perfect! Jeff, Amy and Greg were great hosts. It was a wonderful week on the lake!
