The Hill house sleeps 7+2  in 4 bedrooms with luxury hot tub and private pool. It has country contemporary, rustic furnishing. It is located 300 meters above the sea level. Away enough to escape and close enough to get what you need.

The nearest town is Varazdin, 14 miles from the house. Capital city Zagreb is 40 miles away.
The nearest station is Novi Marof.
The nearest airport is Zagreb "PLESO" 50 miles away.

GARDEN
It sits on hill grounds that merge seamlessly with forest Grebengrad.
There’s a  lawn with plenty of room for games (trampoline, swings, table tennis)
It is equiped with  grill , garden furniture and  umbrellas. The pool is open all year round. Jaccuzzi is available all year round, its outdoor but totally protected from bad weather.
10 min. walk from the house is resort " Toplicica " tennis courts , public outdoor spring water pool. Small restaurant and fish ponds where you can buy fresh fish or go fishing.

LIVING AND DINING SPACE
Living space offers you large country style sofa with log fireplace that gives a special charm in cold wintery days.
40"inch flat Tv . While birds singing in the garden you can enjoy large selection of books while enjoying the sun.
Enjoy your meals in dining area with massive country style wooden table that sits up to 8-10 people, overlooking terrace,pool and hill views.
There’s wireless broadband and if this is not enough, our guests have access to desktop computer with party speakers to use during the stay.
And icing on the cake, for relaxing or romantic moments switch on an old  gramophone and listen to some classic tunes.

(gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle,toaster,dishwasher, shower mixer tap with large country ceramic sink, selection of wine glasses, martini glasses, shot glasses and plain, and there is an American fridge freezer with ice).
Outside you can make barbique on a stylish weber grill with temperature quide and lid.
Or sample fine local cuisine at a local gastro restaurants.
For special occasions, we can arrange all kinds of catering – from a simple buffet, to a summer BBQ. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll sort it out.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms are all sumptuously furnished with unique themed style – and bags of comfort and storage , stylish wooden furniture and lots of details that gives  warm and welcome feel.
1.bedroom Blossom and Bloom with double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, flat tv and balcony with outstanding hills view and overlooking pool.
2. bedroom Orient is smallest bedroom with comfortable sofa bed also with the balcony overlooking pool and hills.
3.bedroom is Blue Lagoon,the largest VIP room with hand made extra large wooden bed, en suit bathroom,wooden cot for baby, floor heating,smart tv,own terrace with hot tub with approach to secluded back garden.
4.bedroom is joint with blue lagoon but its on the gallery in the attic.It has large double bed and one single bed, window overlooking forest.This room is favourite to children! There is hand made large doll house,lots of toys, books and games.
