We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property! The home is better than the pictures. For my needs, the property is located in a prime location smd is central to all I had to do. Rich was always accessible and accommodating. We had to change our reservation due to a cancel flight and it worked out well. Thank you, Rich. Inplan to return.

Delightful base for relaxing or FLL-MIA exploration

This lovely spacious and modern house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, well located for easy shopping, dining and sightseeing by car, and has all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Our family group especially enjoyed the large and fully equipped kitchen, the luxury shower in the master bath, and the excellent laundry room. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Beautiful orchids by the stunning pool, tasteful landscaping in all areas, this house is thoughtfully designed and well stocked for all your needs and allowed all of our family members to relax. It had something for everyone, whether together in the kitchen, dining or living rooms, or apart in the various outside seating areas or the three private bedrooms. On site parking, garbage (2x/week) and recycling (weekly) by city. A real treat!

Amazing Vacation Home

My family stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home contained all the essentials for feeling at home and being able to cook. Top of the line furniture to relax with family inside and outside of the home. The backyard is very well kept and has beautiful tropical plants. Can't express how much my family enjoyed this trip and will definitely be coming back.

Great vacation home

We loved our stay at this unique (in a good way) home. The landscaping and pool were amazing. The view of the golf course was a bonus. The kitchen was stocked better than my home with everything you may need. Loved the atrium off the master bedroom. Richard (the owner) was available whenever we needed him.

Outstanding home with perfect amenities!

This home is even better than the photos. Beautiful layout that is very functional for a group with plenty of space so that you don't feel overcrowded. The large living room provides an a great space to convene in the evenings. The outdoor amenities are perfect with a large pool area, grill, and screened in porch to meet your every need. Rich was very easy to get in contact with at all times and provided us with a fantastic experience. Overall I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone and we look forward to hopefully staying again!

Wonderful experience

This house was beyond our expectation. We had such a wonderful time there. The house was really clean and well furnished. The location was perfect, close to everything and a quiet and safe neighborhood. As a golfer, the backyard was perfect ;-). Richard and Linda are caring people and doing business with them was a real pleasure ! So rent without worry and you will be glad you did it ! We'll be there for years to come ! Ideal Vacation Home.

Whenever my family and I stay here ( we have done it 5 times) I am happy to say we are happy campers. The house is beautifully laid out, it's clean, the upgrades are remarkable , as are the owners whom we had the pleasure of meeting.The golf course view is amazing, and the neighborhood is safe also. Shopping and restaurants are close by. This is a gem of a house if you are in Plantation ? Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé 10 semaines dans cette formidable maison. L'accueil de Rich et Lynda fut des plus sympathiques, des explications simples et une attitude très accueillante. Nous avons apprécié les efforts qu'ils faisaient pour parler lentement l'anglais afin de faciliter notre compréhension car nous ne sommes pas parfaitement bilingues. La maison est très confortable. Les grandes fenêtres du salon apportent une belle luminosité et une belle vue sur le terrain de golf.C'est une maison idéale pour six personnes. Tous ont apprécié le confort des matelas, ce qui est très important pour de longs séjours. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de plusieurs terrains de golf et la plage la plus proche, celle de Dania, se trouve qu'à environ 20 minutes de la maison mais sur des autoroutes où il n'y a jamais d'embouteillage. Pour le magasinage, nous nous trouvons à 10 munutes du grand centre commercial Sawgrass, des boutiques à profusion. Cette maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée.Les meubles en cuir du salon sont confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le paysagement autour de la piscine, nous avions l'impression de se trouver dans un jardin intime. La piscine est d'une grandeur repectable. Les transactions avec Rich sont faciles et il répond rapidement à ses courriels. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison et je n'hésite pas à vous la recommander et lui donner 5 étoiles.

Home away from home

This is one of the best vacation home I have taken. Spacious , beautiful, comfortable , with an abundance of linen and dishes, with all modern amenities, including the pool. The location on the golf course gives you a serene feeling, with a fantastic view. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were hospitable and affable., and easy to deal with. I have to make a second trip and I booked the house again. I would highly recommend this rental.

Lovely home

Would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Home has a very good layout with nice exposure to sun in the pool area. The owners were very nice. We did have one issue. Our rental stay was only 3 nights. Our contract stated a 0-$250.00 cleaning charge IF NEEDED. We left the home cleaner than found and yet were still charged for the cleaning. We did leave by agreement the linens for the bedrooms in the laundry room. My wife found red spiders in coffer pot and needed to run water and vinegar through a few time to clean. We did not use the BBQ yet it was obviously not previously cleaned. I do not begrudge paying for cleaning (if needed) yet being told someone (3 people)had to come in for 2 1/2 hours to clean was an insult to me and my guests especially when we left the home cleaner than found. I would still recommend to anyone rent this place. Very nice.

A great private vacation home

We rented this home for our annual golf vacation. For two couples,this home matched our needs perfectly. We were looking for privacy, close to amenities ,a modern home with outdoor relaxation. The owner looks for people who would treat this home like their own and the condition of the home shows it. It is immaculate inside and out. There are many golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the home. An easy 20 minutes has you at the beach. A great value for the money. We will rent it again

Great Spot!

We stayed at this house with our two teenage children for a week over New Year's and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to Interstate. The master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom with an awesome shower and laundry facilities were nice to have. Patio/Pool area was nicely done and patio table had lights under the umbrella which was nice in the evenings. Free WiFi kept my kids happy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We love our South Florida house and we also love our suburban Chicago house. We spend about four months out of the year in Florida, but never more than four weeks at a time (can't bear to be away from grandkids for too long), and we make the property available for rental for a total of eight months throughout the course of each year.
Since purchasaing it in 2012, each year we have done major upgrade projects, such as bath and kitchen remodels, soundproof tinted high impact hurricane windows and doors throughout, new central A.C., added attractive and very comfortable furnishings throughout (especially the beds, every always comments on how comfortable they are), T.V.s, suround sound system, artwork , and extensive pool and landscape upgrades.
To date we have never had a disappointed guest, with many of them calling back several months in advance to secure future booking dates, returning again for another stay.

We love it, all of our guests have loved it, and you will love it too!

What makes this property unique

If you seek a peaceful, very tranquil and beautiful setting with plenty of privacy and a totally upgraded and spacious house, then this is the place for you!
