This elegant DisneyArea Vacation House is conventionally located at a community near Champion Gate at I-4 Highway Exit 58, only about 15-minute drive away from Walt Disney World & golf courses and few minutes from Champion Gate shopping center, Publix super market, restaurants, coffee, golf, and gas station. Just minutes from I-4 Exit 58 provide easy access to Orlando area parks and attractions as well as Florida beaches on either coast.

The vacation house is a lovely two-story house with 3,406 square feet capable of accommodating 14 guests. You will find plenty of room to relax in this spacious vacation home for everyone! The house was renovated recently and just equipped with modern kitchen, floors, pool heater, heat pump, high quality mattresses, and big screen flat TVs to ensure your stay will be comfortable enough. There is a beautiful private screened pool with SPA overlooking a private spectacular scenic view in the back. You can enjoy the yellow sun light, blue sky, and green grass while swimming with your love ones in the pool or just doing nothing sitting in the spa! A game room with pool table is also available for your entertainment.

There are 7 bed rooms, 4.5 baths, a modern living room, a family room, a game room, and a private pool with SPA. The kitchen is fully equipped including all dish ware, cookware, utensils, and two dining tables for 12 seatings combined. A granite kitchen island can be used for additional dinning as well. Powerful washer and dryer are also equipped in the laundry room for your convenience.

property very nice for eight guys on a golf trip.tv channels look to be all pay for view. couldn't watch ncaa basketball tournament only downside.

Great house for a big family

The house was just as advertised. The property manager Michael was great and very responsive when contacted. We had 13 people in the house and it was plenty big enough where we weren't on top of each other. We would definitely book here again.

Some people have no respect for the rules

When we first opened the house all we could smell was cigarettes smoke (NOT the fault of the renter — some people cannot follow the rules which is very said)It took most of the week to eliminate the smell. The house was well laid out with 6 bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. The pool which was very nice also had a bathroom. A large equipped kitchen, 2 eating areas and two large sitting areas accommodated our family of 11 very well. This vacation spot was about 15 minutes from Disney with a Publix and Walgreens nearby. This was a fine family vacation house.

Very spacious to accommodate large groups

The house is in a community where you feel safe. It is clean and very spacious. It is located close to amenities and parks. The property manager and owner were both very prompt at answering any questions we had. They were very accommodating and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Close to shopping restaurants etc. Lots of space, great bedrooms and bathrooms. There were 6 adults and everyone had their own space. Loved the kitchen. Check in was easy and minor problems were dealt with swiftly. Communication with property management was prompt. Would certainly recommend to other large groups and would happily stay here again in the future! Thx Ray!

Overall great property!

Big house with more than enough space for everyone. Beds are comfy with extra blankets and pillows everywhere. Fairly clean but a couple small areas could use a bit more attention to cleaning details. Well stocked kitchen for dishes and pots and pans (could use a few drinking glasses, only wine glasses and plastic cups available currently and could use a few more basic pantry items like foil, liquid dish soap, etc). There was one spindle on the stair railing that was loose and kept falling out, an easy fix. The pool area was fantastic, the kids spent many hours splashing to their hearts content and the hot tub was a great bonus. The pool table/theatre room was a hit with the older kids and a great wind-down space for them. The littles in our family really liked the themed bedrooms and everyone else appreciated that every bedroom had its own TV for “me time”. It’s a nice distance from Disney, not too far, not too close (traffic can delay you but we had a rental car and would still be there within 30 min even when it was busy). The owner was fabulous at responding to questions and obviously very professional. Yes the property is not perfect and is showing its age in a few areas, but that being said our family felt it was priced right for the value we were looking for. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our family and friends this massive house with all the necessities a family needs in a vacation home visiting Orlando for the first time.

Wonderful Family Christmas

We had a great trip. This home had ample room for our mixed family. We were all able to have our own space to sleep. The living rooms are fantastic for games and family time. The kitchen was nice to cook in and very well stocked with pans, dishes, coffee pots and so much more. We loved having the crushed ice and water in the fridge. We decided mid way to heat the pool and they were very responsive. They came over when we were out and the pool was heated that evening. We used the hot tub and the pool and had a great time. The kids brought their PS and enjoyed games in the game room on the projector screen. The hot water was ample for all of us to shower each morning. This was a great home for our vacation. Cleanliness is a virtue

The house is great in size and number of beds but the cleanliness is horrible. The pool was disgusting dirty. The house had dust bunnies and dirt everywhere. The game room had no air conditioning and was miserable hot and humid. The walls were so dirty my skin crawled. I have rented close to 30 houses now for family vacations and this house would have been perfect if they would just put some care into the upkeep. Our favorites were already booked so we took a chance on this house. Im sad to say i wont be staying here again.

Lovely holiday experiences

It was as promised a really big and nice house with room for the whole family, as the pictures of the house show. We had the house for 11 days. The house was easy to find and close to shopping, experiences and shopping. The house was nice and well maintained, and with a cozy pool located at the end of the house, so when the kids bathed it didn't disturb the adults in the living room. We had a very good and nice experience in the house, and will when vacationing in Orlando try to rent the house again. Jonas Hansen

We enjoyed our stay. Everone had a bedroom. House was large and had enough space. Only complaint was that there was limited tiolet paper, paper towles. We had to purchase them and kitchen sponge and soaps.

Needs improvements

There were several things damaged and dirty. We found a hole in the window seal, dirty curtains, broken blinds. We also had to remove snakes in the pool and a hungry raccoon due to the torn screens covering the pool. The entertainment room in the garage was to small and had no ventilation which made it very hot like being outside. What made the stay scary for my family is when the pool maintenance guy came by without any notification by him ringing the door bell or the owner informing us of his arrival. This incident could have ended very badly for the pool guy

Home not cared for

The house was a lovely size but we were greatly disappointed with the cleanliness. Black dust bunnies all over kitchen ceiling. Floors were filthy. But the worst was when we arrived late at night to find moldy and stained sheets on the beds. Some mattresses were horribly stained. Not very welcoming at all. Rummaged through the linen closet only to find all linens rolled up and damp. Some beds were awful. Some holes in walls and not all TVs worked. There was black mold in windows. Mattress on front lawn. This house needs a little more attention from the owners and then it would be a great place to stay.

Great Property - Beautiful Pool

The property was very nicely located. We had a short drive into the parks each day. Communication before check in was timely and clear. We had no need to call the property manager, and the pool was ready to use upon arrival as discussed, which was wonderful and welcome. The pool ranged from 3 to 5 feet in depth and was clean and warm. The patio area was very nice with an outdoor toilet so as not to track water through the house. There were 10 loungers/chairs in good condition that we used, and one patio set that we did not use, as it was rusted on the arms and we did not want to break it. It did not hamper our stay at all. We've been in a few vacation homes now, and while this one could use a little updating, the only issues we had were superficial. A little paint in a few spots, a few more kitchen items, etc. We realized we had no pot holders after we'd put dinner in the oven, but a towel worked just fine to take it out. We were pleased to have clean linens, no bug issues, the temperature was pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers, and the tv's all worked. The pool table needs repaired/replaced, but really we were so busy, we didn't use the game room, however it's good to note, since we almost always look for a house with a pool table because we like to play at night. We loved how close it was to dining, groceries and the parks. We would stay again! Thanks for being a part of our vacation this year.
