This 1BR/1BA studio apartment located on the second floor of a historic 3-story building has everything you need for a quick visit or a longer stay. The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Savannah’s Historic District, directly across the street from Colonial Park Cemetery.

Beautifully and warmly decorated, the apartment features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen that connects to the living room/sitting area. The kitchen has everything one needs for a comfortable stay including a refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), stove/oven and microwave and a dishwasher. There's also a tea kettle and a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning beverage in the calm of your home away from home before immersing yourself in the busy downtown.

The living room features a loveseat couch that converts to a twin bed for one additional guest. There's a TV, DVD/VCR and a Stereo in the cabinet. The cable is hooked up to basic cable.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed underneath a gentle ceiling fan and a large hanging closet and plenty of drawers for you put up your belongings.

The bedroom connects to the large full bathroom through a sliding door.

Step out the front door to find yourself at the center of one of the largest National Historic Landmark Districts in the United States. All that the historic district has to offer is a very short walk away from your cozy downtown hideaway: historic sites, restaurants and bars, Forsyth Park and city squares, City Market, River Street, shopping, spas, museums, theaters, churches, and so much more!

After exploring all that Savannah’s Historic District has to offer, take some time to relax and refresh in the beautifully landscaped shared courtyard.

Please note: There are no designated parking spaces for this rental. Mostly all parking in the area is on-street parking and with coin, credit card and App-operated parking meters. Parking meters have to be fed from 8am until 8pm, Monday through Saturday expect for holidays. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. The best way to keep up with the parking meters is to use the ParkSavannah App.

Heavenly stay on Abercorn

Had a awesome three day stay in Savannah. The apartment was everything we needed for this short stay. It was clean, the kitchen seemed well stock ( even though I did not cook) and so homey. Location was perfect, it was a 10 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Was worried about the street parking when booked this, but not an issue at all, parking spots were always available. Restaurants and a handy food store was right around the corner. My husband and I enjoyed lunch on the cute outdoor patio that is located behind the building. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfy & Convenient

You cannot beat the location of this property. It’s centrally located to all the squares, restaurants, shopping, etc. We walked everywhere with ease. There’s a convenience store just around the corner. The apartment itself is cute, clean, comfy and secure. We had everything we needed and left with zero complaints.

Great place located right in the Historic District. DOT and Hop on Hop Off stops nearby and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Savannah!

Great location

We had an amazing time in downtown Savannah. We booked a couple of tours( carriage tour, Bonaventure Cemetery) and did the cocktail class at 220 up....highly recommend! We did tons of walking. Checked out the squares throughout the city. Forsyth Park is heaven! When we visited the park the weather was sunny and 80. Tons of activities and people watching! We also drove over to Hilton Head and Tybee Island. The apartment was great and waking distance to everything we needed. Our only hiccup was parking. We tried not to drive anywhere because getting a parking spot could be a little difficult. I paid through the app. The frustrating part was you could only add time in the "available window" 8am-8pm. So I had to set an alarm at 8am to pay for parking. I thought I was being very careful to pay attention to the parking signs but when we went to leave on a Tuesday morning, we had a ticket. No parking from 3a-6a. on Abercorn.
