An excellent apartment of approx 70 m2 suitable for small or larger families, a business trip or during relocation.

It is located in a quiet street just off Staveley Road in Chiswick, London underground Zone 2. It is 1 minute walking distance to the train (Chiswick Rail) and 20 minutes walking distance to the Tube (Turnham green, Chiswick Park or Gunnersbury stations) .

The apartment is 15 minutes tube ride or 20 minute Taxi ride to central London - Traffic Permitting (Trafalgar square, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Waterloo, Buckingham Palace, Tate Galary, National Galery, Harrods, Selfridges etc ) and 15 minute taxi ride from Heathrow airport.

The apartment is situated in a purpose built development on the second floor. It includes a well proportioned lounge/family room with a dining area and a dining table.

Fresh bedding, and Towels are provided.

The apartment has LED lighting throughout with dimmer switches in Living room, bedroom and hallway.

The apartment is located 20 minutes away (on foot) from Chiswick high street, which has numerous convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee-shops and various stores.

The apartment is right opposite Chiswick House Grounds and is a short drive to Windsor Castle (and Lego-Land)
There is also a small convenience store right by the apartment (1 minute walk), and a larger convenience store 7 minutes walk away.
There also a number of take away food outlets (India, Chinese etc) within a few minutes walk. They all provide a delivery service too.
There is a Taxi (Minicab) office right by the apartment so you can easily, safely and cheaply order a Taxi at your convenience.

The apartment is also excellently located at short driving distance from Heathrow Airport and Gatwick airport. This makes it an excellent solution for families relocating to London for business purposes or business people on short/medium term assignments.

lovely apartment
Had everything we needed. Easy to get around, buses, tubes and brit rail stations close by. Kids loved the play area in the gardens of chiswick house, across the road. Very happy. Thank you

Comfortable and convenient.
The apartment is in great condition and well positioned for big days out exploring London. Two floors above ground and with only two other flats in the building below you affords pleasant views and security. Lisa gave us great information about local amenities and there are nearby transport links including bus and train (direct to Waterloo). Our boys really enjoyed the bunk beds and the bathrooms have been updated to a high standard. In this part of London the flight path for Heathrow is never far away so if I had any improvements to suggest it would be to refurbish the window seals as some are not as snug as they could be. The only other note would be there was no peeler or strainer in the kitchen but Lisa did say the kitchen was due for refurbishment soon. The flat also benefits from an allocated car park and Lisa was great to deal with in terms of communications throughout the booking process and our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment
We had a lovely stay in Lisas apartment. Lisa and her family welcomed us very warmly. The parking space is directly outside the apartment block. The living room is much larger than the pictures portray, and the kitchen has everything needed. The apartment is close to Chiswick railway station, there is a Co-op supermarket opposite the staion and also a very good restaurant. The apartment is directly opposite Chiswick House park and not far from Chiswick High Road with many restaurants and supermarkets. I would recommend this apartment.

Good location !
My husband and I were there with our two adults daughters. Enough place for everyone. Plenty of hot water , no problem at all. Love: dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. Very nice neighbourhood: secure, quiet, not far from public transport. You Will find very near from appartement : grocery and very nice local pub. It was fun to be recognize by the staff from the local pub. Lisa is very prompt to respond any questions and Sam welcome us on december 25 to explain to us how everything works. Personal comment : December is very nice in London.

October Get Away
The apartment is just as described, but what you don't get from the pictures is that very comfortable feeling of the place after being there only a very short time. For our group of 3 adults, (one couple and friend) the apartment proved to be large enough to offer privacy and a wonderful living room/dining room for enjoying more social activities. It is in a complex of apartments, but they are not one on top of each other so there is an open feeling about the complex. As mentioned in other reviews, the park is just across the street and provides a real boost to those of us who have left our puppies back home. It is filled everyday with tons of dogs and their owners having a great time. The park is home to Chiswick House and is great for walking or running. If you decide to get a 7-day Oyster card, you might want to include zone 3, the Chiswick tube station is in that zone while Turnham Green Tube station is in zone 2. As both are about equal distance from the house (20 minute or so walk), we used the Turnham Green station which also puts you in an area full of shops and restaurants. The apartment is a short 7-10 minute walk from the Train Station. For those from the states, you may want the owner to go over with you, in detail, of how the shower/bath works and the settings for the washer and dryer. The apartment was clean and beds were very comfortable. Also had late night surprise of a visit (for 3 nights) outside of a very healthy gray fox with massive fluffy tail walking through the complex back to the area of the park. It was a very nice spot and wonderful place to stay.

Peaceful two weeks
I loved staying here, Sam & Lisa are lovely host and most accommodating...Lisa helped me get a vegan lunch on a cruise we booked (above and beyond)... thanks Lisa! My son and I stayed for two weeks and the apartment was exactly like it was shown in the pictures no surprises. It was a quick walk to either E3 bus line or the Chiswick train station with connections to Central London we used the Oyster card everywhere we went! Chiswick is clean & quiet neighborhood I felt safe there and Chiswick Park, which is directly across the street is beautiful and a great way to start the day with a walk. Would book this apartment again! By the end of the stay we we were calling it home!

Very nice property, well managed, and conveniently located in Chiswick.
Four of us, my wife and I and our two children (aged 14 and 12) traveled from Calgary to London and stayed here from 18 March to 1 April. We absolutely loved the apartment and its location. Lisa and Sam the owners were great right from the original inquiry. When we arrived at the apartment, Sam was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the flat and its amenities. They left us a few consumables (coffee pods, laundry soap, etc.) to get us started and even put together a binder of information from wi-fi password to where to shop, eat, and catch the train or tube. The flat is clean and was spacious enough for a family of 4. Having a washer and separate dryer was great - the weather was cold and wet while we were there so we did a lot of laundry. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building and is very secure. The flat was clean and having 2 bedrooms made for a lot of space. Chiswick Park is across the street and is a wonderful green space to go for a walk or a jog. The Chiswick Park tube station is about a 15 mins walk north and is very close to several of the main grocery stores which was convenient for us to grab a few groceries on our way home from sight seeing. The Chiswick rail station is only about a 5 minute walk south of the flat and is very near the Old Station House pub, which was a great place to eat and grab a pint. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again if we traveled back to London.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
My two children and I stayed in the apartment 5 nights in October. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bathrooms very nice. Living room sofas are great for putting you feet up after a long day in London. Bus E3 will take you to the tube station in a few minutes, so getting around is very handy. The next door park is beautiful, and has a nice breakfast café. Lisa was very quick to fix a light switch that stopped working during our stay. We advise all guests to make sure the washer is left open after use, or else humidity will cause mould. Also the windows tended to get damp unless we aired out the rooms regularly, probably due to the cooler season. We would recommend the apartment for families who would like to stay in a quiet corner of London.

A lovely place to stay
We had a wonderful time in Chiswick. Lisa is very helpful and friendly. The flat has everything you need for a family vacation in London. It is very closed to a busstop. From there it takes you about 30-45 min to be in the center of London. It´s quite except of the planes which are crossing to Heathrow.

We had a great time . Stayed from the 8th of August for 2 weeks.
We stayed at this apartement for 2 weeks and it was great. We were 2 adults with a 16 and 11 year old kid. The rooms were great. It was good to have a bunk bed for the kids. It was spacious enough for a family. The kitchen was ok for people on holidays. We used it for breakfast. To prepare lunches for the road and snack for the evening. The location is great. it's between 2 underground station and 2 differents buses will take you to Turhnam Green station. Really easy to get to Heathrow. Nous avons séjourné à cet appartement pour 2 semaines en août. Ce fut très agréable. Appartement confortable dans un très beau quartier. Vous trouverez 2 autobus pour vous rendre à la station Turnham Green. Heathrow est à moins 1 heure en métro. Très confortable pour une famille de 4. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Superbly located, comfortable for whole family
This apartment is in the perfect location for a family with kids who like to walk to nearby parks and hop on public transport to explore the city. The train and bus system is less than five-minutes walk and the Chiswick High Street is an easy 20-min walk or 10-min bus ride away. Lisa is extremely responsive and accommodating, giving us advice about nearby attractions and making our check in/out process easy and convenient. The bedrooms are comfortable and we loved having full wardrobes and laundry facilities for our stay. The living/dining room is comfortable and light. The only reason I can't give the apartment five stars is the kitchen. It is not equipped for more than making breakfast and it really needs a deep clean. Luckily the supermarkets in Chiswick have lots of ready-made meals because we relied on those when we wanted to eat at home. Otherwise we loved the apartment, the owner, and the neighborhood around it.

This is an excellent property. It was clean, modern and well equipped.
The apartment is in a very good neighborhood with an easy walk to the train station and groceries. The nearest tube station is a bit farther so we took a bus each day from a very close stop. Lisa was very helpful and friendly and even left us some tea and cookies for our first morning. We had a really good time and were very satisfied.

Friendly and accommodating owner.
The apartment was spacious and suited our needs. Train station from London is nearby as are local buses with good access to the Underground system. Bathrooms are clean and modern, and the double bed is comfortable. The downside is the rest of the apartment is in desperate need of cleaning - the carpets are dirty, the fabric sofas are uncomfortable and dusty/old, the kitchen cupboards are sticky and the clothes washer is full of mould. My husband and I would not stay here again.

Un appartement digne de confiance et merveilleux
Voilà maintenant deux fois que nous louons cet appartement et c'est toujours avec beaucoup de regret que nous en partons tellement il est agréable. Lisa, sa propriétaire est au petit soin pour ses invités. En plus du café, du thé et des produits de première nécessité, nous avons eu des fleurs et des chocolats en cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour sa disposition, sa propreté, sa situation géographique par rapport aux transports en commun et aux curiosités de Londres. Une superbe adresse à Londres
Appartement clair, vaste, 2 salles de bains neuves et très agréables, au calme (nous avons entendu un seul avion!). Nous n'avons pas pris le train (la gare est vraiment très proche) ni le bus pour aller jusqu'au métro, mais c'est une possibilité si l'on veut moins marcher. sinon, on peut y arriver en traversant le parc, et la visite de Chiswick House est vraiment un must. Accès simple et rapide à de nombreux lieux de visites (Hampton Court, Kew Gardens + des Houses malheureusement fermées à l'époque de notre séjour), et la ligne District qui permet d'aller partout dans Londres facilement. Très bon accueil de M. Itani (je suis désolée d’avoir oublié votre prénom), Lisa très réactive par mail ou SMS, produits ménagers (lave linge, lave vaisselle) ainsi que thé café etc. Place de parking réservée. Le tout pour un prix très attractif.

Perfect apartment in great location!
We spent 4 great nights at the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. It's located in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The location is very convenient either if you have your own car (there's parking facilities) or if you use public transport as it is five minute walk from the train station. There are many shops nearby to do your basic shopping. The park in front is an incredible plus, it's awesome. The hosts were very helpful. All the information needed to move around was in the apartment. We highly recommend staying in this apartment. We hope we can come back in the future.
